I don't necessarily want The Shield to have a leader but I do think there is a good chance of it happening. I can see the WWE not being able to resist having Orton or Jericho assuming they are both in the match turn on their team at mania for a shock moment. With that being said The Shield are doing fine with just the three and don't need anyone.
