Question about Russo

I thought I heard this somewhere, but I don't know if it's true or not. Did Vince Russo create the Ultimate X match?

Actually, i believe that russo was the on screen cahracter that came up with it. I know he was in TNA the first time Ultimate X came about, but wether he was a writer or just a character I do not know

Oh, yeah. That was him who announced the ultimate X. I think that if he announced it on television, I think he came up with it.
