i thought to talk about the cruisewights
i like the idea that tna got that allow anyone to compete in the x divison so i would use that but modify it a bit and allow a cruisewright and light heavyweight to complete for the crusewight titl and also give it a new name

i also will have draft evry year after wresetle mania. five wrestler would be drafted but the viewer get to pick a sixth stars to be moved by voting online.

i would also at the beginning do a backstage completion to find a viewer that can join our creative team and every new year a month after wrestlemania has a send ideas for future story competition.

also the website would be updated and have other wbsite that allow the viewer to get involde like lost production did and has not work out how to do that yet

also aj styles would make frequently visit to wwe and have a big feud with jericho and also christian would join in to this feud

i would also bring lesner back and have him feud with cene

Hmm, ok, this is interesting.

1. Stephanie McMahon is gone. No creative control for any of the McMahon decendents. WWE hit a high in 2002 and since then it has gone down into a reality tv oblivion, which it may never return. All the other Yes men would be gone. Controversy creates cash, no conformist.

2. Bye Bye ECW. The New ECW is an abomination. If there was a sign that would do it justice, it would say "Vince McMahon raped my ECW". No original talent and no feel of the original means it is a horrible shell of what once was great. I would put it to bed, or...

3. Brand Extension is over. The Brand Extension was a wonderful idea when the roster was deep and rich with talent. Now we are in limbo. The older guys like HHH, Undertaker and HBK still pull the show, but with very little mid to lower level talent showing any signs of blossoming into a Superstar, the wwe will have no identity. Merge the two shows back together and get some feuds going.

4. A New Undisputed champion. With a merger the belts would merge together once more. This person should be a monster worth of holding both of the belts. My opinion, the best heel in the biz right now, Edge should be the torch bearer. The IC and US belts merge, along with the tag belts. The ECW belt could stay, but as said by someone else, a glorified Hardcore title, one that is worth of being called a championship.

5. Bring back Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff. These two men, if you like them or not, have a feel for the business and giving people what they want. Vince seems to have lost that notion. He is so hard pressed pushing John Cena onto people, but this is the one time the fans will not bend.

6. Tag teams and stables. For some reason the notion of a good tag team division and powerful stables has been a weakness of the WWE for nearly 2 decades. Yes DX was okay, but other then that no stable has ever had success since. The New Hart Foundation in 97 was the last monster heel group that really threatened people. The WWE has an original NWO and still didn't know what to do with it, this is were they need help the most.

7. Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar need a return. My dream is to see these two back, put them together with Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas, and managed by Ric Flair, what do you get? The Four Horsemen. Another huge mistake was letting Kurt walk. He has brought credibility and name recognition to the other guy, which is what the WWE doesn't need right now.

8. Acting coaches. No one in the WWE besides HBK, or HHH knows how to cut a promo. Promo's are half the hype for a match, and these big matches just don't have the appeal they used to.

9. No more divas: Nothing says bathroom break like Diva Search. I eventually came around to Trish and Lita, because they actually got it. You had to wrestle and have some sort of athletic ability to get over and stay over. The women in the WWE that are there for just sex appeal is boring. I have the internet, i can look up plenty of women on here that look better.

10. Chris Jericho must be the main draw. Quite frankly, there is no one else. He is the biggest young Free Agent available. He knows how to cut a promo and his in ring ability is second to none. John Cena is a paper champ that doesn't deserve what he has received. Guys like HBK, Taker, Benoit can hold the belt, but they are up there in age. Jericho isn't exactly in his 20's, but he's in the age bracket that can help transition to a younger generation, much like 90's HBK.

I'd orchestrate a full overhaul of all three shows and make a special emphasis on each with regards to what it has that sets it apart from its contemporaries. The match pacings would be different. Also, I'd push a combination of in-ring talent with mic ability and not what they do now, which is looks/gimmick/mic first, and then wrestling a very distant second. The cruiserweight and tag divisions would be rebuilt. ECW would return to it's roots. Smackdown would feature much sharper booking and more intelligent storylines, along with a brighter ring setup that doesn't look so goddamn sedate. Raw would be taken back to it's roots at the beginning of the Attitude Era with regards to the show's flavor. I'd phase out wrestler's I didn't feel would contribute. Moves would be unbanned. I'd also force lengthier matches with sharper pacing...and the titles would mean something again for once. The drug policy would be strict as all hell to ferret out the juicers (even HHH) and I'd force the schedule to be lighter so that for the TV tapings they could wrestle better matches. The booking schemes would also be in a crescendo fashion instead of a half-assed, disjointed mess that is designed to bring in better quarter hour ratings...even though it ruins the feel of the entire show. All this is just for starters.

Right now, I think the youngsters are not ready for primetime and the vets are the ones to put butts in the seats.

Here's what I would do:

There would be an off-season between Survivor Series and Royal Rumble, allowing wrestlers to spend time with families around holiday season and gimmicks can get repackaged. Also, the annual WWE Draft would be on the last Sunday in December.

Thanks to the off-season, Survivor Series would follow the 1990 format (the survivors of each elimination match would face off in the Grand Finale Match of Survival). The survivors would face each other in the opening match of Royal Rumble for a shot at the champion. If there is one survivor, he automatically gets the title shot.

Brands

RAW: would have the WWE, IC, World Tag Team, European, and WWE Women's titles.

The Women's and Tag Team divisions of each brand would be restocked with talent.

There would be an abundance of tag teams and factions (the former helped in the 1980's wrestling boom while the latter dominated the 1990's Wars).

SmackDown!: would have the World Heavyweight, United States Heavyweight, WWE Tag Team, Cruiserweight, and World Women's (new title) titles.

As for ECW, it would be treated as a PROMOTION, not a Brand. That means it would not be involved in any Raw or Smackdown affairs. Paul Heyman would have absolute control and I would only get involved if he gets out of control.

i would definitely get rid of the whole raw smackdown ecw thing.i would lease the ecw name to paul heyman and let him do what he wants with it.i would only have 10 ppvs a year so that their could be a buildup to wrestlemania.i would start picking my new talent from the indy scene again instead of training most of them myself.lets face it every worker in wwe right now works the same match.i would definitely build tag wrestling backup as the wwe has many great tag team combinations that could be on tv.i would put some faction heel group at the top of the fed because lets face it the greatest times in wrestling were when we had the horseman and nwo even in the old days the heels would always run in groups thats part of what made them heels because they were cowards for the most part.i would definitely try to steal samoa joe from tna to be my top baby i think he could be the next great in wrestling he has that every man look but at the same time you really believe he can kick ass plus he cuts a great promo and works his ass off.i would run at least 1 ppv in japan a year as i think american fans could really learn something from japanese fans.i would run an angle with vince returning from the dead just to pay him back for all the poor taste angles he has done in the past.as far as the divas go i would give them their own show and it would replace am raw that way the fans who like them could watch and the fans who dont wouldnt have to.i would find several top notch managers and make that role a major part of wrestling as it seems that alot of the young talent who are great in the ring but have no charisma.the wwe hall of fame would be made into a bigger deal.i would stop putting guys on tv before they are ready and ruining them before they can even start ala chris masters,mordecai,randy orton,etc.i would make titles important again,when was the last time you saw an angle were 2 guys hated each other just because one wanted the belt and the other had it.i agree with the guy who said bring back king of the ring it made several guys into stars.i would change the order of the ppvs and the winner of kotr would get the #30 seed in the rumble and the winner of the rumble would get their title shot at survivor series instead of mania because i think it takes away from the angle when the guy gets to be in the main event of the greatest show on earth just because he won a battle royal.i would go back to having true heels and babies instead of a bunch of in between guys.i would do away with a lot of the circus atmosphere ala pyros and titan trons and try to make wrestling look more like a sport again.i would do away with in ring interviews accept on special occasions as most of the time they look like 2 kids acting stupid shoving each other on the playground.and i would change the name cause i cant stand the whole entertainment thing.

I would give ECW to Paul Heyman, I would get rid of stupid gimmicks of certain wrestlers such as Eugene and his "******" gimmick and Edge with his "Rated R Superstar" gimmick, I would stop the move bans, Fire stupid super stars such as The Miz and Vito, I would also strip the main titles of Batista and John Cena, give certain superstars a push like MVP and Kane and stop stupid rivalries such as Boogeyman and The Miz and Boogeyman and Gregory Helms and stop the celebrity crap.

-Bring in divas that can actually wrestle rather than just be good at stripping and give the Womens division a big push and a lot of exposure.

-Ship Regal to RAW and have him challenge for the IC title with Dave Taylor as like his ringside enforcer.

-Strip Cena and batista of their respective titles and have Edge lead the RAW brand and have Randy Orton as World Champ for a few months on SD!

-Reform MNM and The Hardyz on RAW - these two teams could easily sell out a venue!

First of all I think WWE has all the talent they need right now. Forget about bringing back X Pac, forget about Jericho, Stone Cold, Lesnar, etc, face it, if those wrestlers wanted to be in the WWE they would be in the WWE. That said, here are my three suggestions.

1.First and foremost, get rid of the ECW and Smackdown, and bring back WCW. They could make an angle where the wrestlers in ECW and Smackdown, led by Shane Mcmahon or someone else, do a hostel takeover and destroy the Smackdown set. Anything. But lets face it, ECW sucks and the only difference between Smackdown and RAW is the set and the commentators. Might as well resurrect WCW and make it look like a shoot operation where Vinnie Mac has no control (although he'll actually be the owner). Put Paul Heyman in Charge of WCW and see where it goes. What difference should it make to Vince? He still owns the damn company. Let Paul have creative control over WCW while Vince controls the WWE. It'll be like a competition except Vince really has nothing to lose.

2.Shake up the wrestlers on RAW.
-Have Cena drop the title to Edge and make Randy Orton a face. Have them fued for the title.
-Make Cena a nasty ass heel. How? Bring back Hogan for a few months. Have Cena attack him viciously and put him in a hospital. Then have him attack Hogan in his hospital bed. Then have him hit on Hogan's daughter and push her down when she rejects him. You know, take advantage of the growing hate that the WWE fans already have for this guy.
-Take the now unoccupied tag team titles and throw a tournament. Just get some excitement going for the tag team titles. I know Rated RKO was probably supposed to drop the titles to DX but all four of these guys shouldn't be competing for the tag titles. Its just not fair to the other teams. Cycle the belt through Cryme Time, Cade and Murdoch, The Mcalisters, Worlds greatest tag team, etc.
-As for Umaga and Khali, I just don't know. Umaga should be fueding for the intercontinental title because he isn't over enough with the crowd to main event. Khali could be a personal bodygaurd for Vince Mcmahon or something else, as long as we only see him in the ring on a casual basis (I'm sorry but right now he is just too stiff and boring)

3.Someone already mentioned it and I couldn't agree more that there are way to many divas. I'm heterosexual and I like watching half naked women as much as the next guy. But just like someone said before if I wanna look at women they are all over the internet. Thats the beauty of free internet porn.
Realistically there needn't be any more than 2 or 3 divas per show. I know this may sound sexist, but this is the way I feel. For the most part they should be limited to managerial and escort roles, with the odd fued match between one another (when a fued between their represented wrestlers takes place, etc). But I know I don't speak for myself when I say the womens division puts me to sleep because lets face it they are boring to watch and I just don't know who they are nor do I give a damn. As far as I'm concerned for RAW keep Torrie and Melina and get rid of all the other ones.

If I now owned WWE...

Most of the ideas have been taken, hopefully I can come up with some new ones...

-Most of you have mentioned that ECW should be dead and buried. Period, point blank. The only wrestlers that should be taken from ECW is CM Punk, RVD, Sabu, Elijah Burke, Monty Brown, Tommy Dreamer, and Bobby Lashley. Bring Heyman back and give him head booking position. All ideas will go through him, not me. The only participation that will done by me, is (some of you have mentioned it) to come out the next show after the "tragedy" and announce myself and intentions for running the company.

-The aforementioned wrestlers above will be divided amongst RAW and Smackdown. RAW will have the majority of the heavyweights, the women's division, and some tag teams. I'm sorry but, I like to see the women wrestle. Nothing can beat a good Trish v Lita or Victoria v Mickie, if they are given enough time, and can use the moveset they want to use. It's a good release during the show. Smackdown will have some heavyweights, all of the cruisers, and some tag teams.

-Moves will not be banned. However, a special stipulation will be put into a wrestler's contract that states that he/she can use a moveset of their choice, but any injury sustained by the use of a dangerous move, and not a accident (HHH and his quad), the medical care will come out of their back pocket. This will teach wrestlers to put more trust in each other, and will provide the fans a great match. If television companies give an excuse not to air the shows because they "do not want to promote violence", I will create my own channel or use WWE 24/7 and give it a small fee to all cable subscribers across all the cable providers.

-Raid ROH or other independents for talent. Their are quite a few guys and girls I've heard of, but can't remember them right now. I hear nothing but good things about American Dragon (if that's his name). I believed he was trained by Benoit, and he's the best thing since sliced bread, some people have said. Sprinkle them amongst the two promotions to maintain some continuity.

-Get back to wrestling!!! Their still can be some type of entertainment (movies), to supplement the guys/girls income. Give them part of the ticket sales and movie merchandise.

-Get rid of dumbass gimmicks. Have the wrestlers use their own names, or have them suggest what their gimmick could be. Of course, all ideas will be run through Paul Heyman or someone with his skill for final approval.

-Have promos mean something again. Have the wrestlers speak from their hearts and implement some type of "shoot" into them. Guys like Benjamin will be trained by Rhodes of HBK or HHH on the art of the promo. They will be kept under 5 min each. If you cannot get your point across to the masses in 5 mins, you shouldn't be in the business.

-Give the fans a lot more interaction with the business. Hold contests to see who can come up with the best storyline, and they can be given front row seats to see their creation in person. Like Bischoff said in the Monday Night War DVD, hold several "focus groups" before the new product is presented to see what the fan wants. Continue with Taboo Tuesday-Cyber Sunday idea.

-Go back to the "big four" PPV format (Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summerslam, and Survivor Series). People cannot afford a PPV a month, and it waters down the business. Make feuds longer to culminate at the PPV.

-For those that were commenting on the shareholders, take WWE off of the stock market. I will then have no one to answer to but myself.

-Limit house shows. Along with fewer PPVs, it will give the wrestlers time off for family and to rest injuries. Having one or two houses a week with the televised shows will give the fans something to look forward to.

Ive just thought of something that could be improved if I owned WWE.

Look at the Developmental territories and have OVW create more original gimmicks rather than the cookie-cutter type. Heels especially, all the Heels out of OVW all play the cocky heel that was developed by guys like Christian, Edge and the Rock.

I agree with almost most ideas, however I do have some of my own.

Firstly, RAW/Smackdown! will be one roster. This comes with cuts and repackaging(ie. send to OVW). Secondly, hire Paul Heyman back and give him total control of ECW. Model the two shows like those of the "Attitude Era", IE. No banned moves, meaningful promos, 12 PPV per year, etc.

PPV's: Royal Rumble, No Way Out, Wrestlemania, Backlash, Judgment Day, King of the Ring, ECW PPV, Summerslam, Unforgiven, Cyber Sunday, Survivor Series, ECW PPV.

Ok where do i start? Because face it WWE isnt as entertaining anymore and they need serious help. I agree with splitting the ecw stars to raw and SD! just because ecw isnt so extreme.The only thing that was good about ecw was one night stand.And lashley as the champion is a joke.His moves arent that great and arent extreme..Strip cena and batista of tha titles and turn both of them heel again.12 ppv's a year.Definitly fire miz,boogeyman becuase neither one of them are decent wreslters.Khali isnt all that great neither with the only exception of him being a monster.Bring back the hardcore title and european title.Vince doesnt like the idea of the hardys and MNM being together full time but i think it would boost ratings with both of them in the tag team division.And i also like someones idea of having a womens world title and a wwe womens title.I enjoy watching kelly kelly's expose but when it comes down to it i like watching wwe for the wrestling.And i dont like the idea of booker t being king booker.Get rid of his annoying wife sharmell besides being busted,"all hail king booker!" gets pretty annoying after 20 or 30times.As for GM's.Bischoff for SD! and Ric flair for raw.I got all tha love for ric but his wrestling days are numbered.Which brings me to my next firing..Kenny dykstra.As for Cena,there would so many things i could say about him.Ive mentioned before i don't like the marine gimmick and the salute.He should have stayed a heel and the phony white rapper.All he can do is play off to the crowd (especially the chicks).He doesnt deserve tha title and i would give someone else the chance for once.I could say so much more but i'm not gonna sit here for hours .

And go to work the next day, and are wrestling two, three, even four or five times a week.

So, to sit there, and I hear this criticism all the time, not so much with TNA, because in TNA we're given free reign with what we do pretty much, and we're allowed to go out there and do what we do, but in WWE there is a certain monitor on moves, kind of an unspoken rule that they kind of frown upon being used by the wrestlers, and the reason why is because these guys have to go out four days a week, five days a week, and do this. And it's funny, because sometimes I'll come across indy guys, or guys who are" weekend warriors in the business" and they'll be like "well that's not a big deal, I took this and this and this, and I was good to go," and at the same time I'll look at them and go "yeah but you wrestle twice a month. So you get done, you go home, you go work your nine-to-five or whatever, but you get two weeks to heal. Tomorrow, I gotta do this all over again, in another arena, in another city, and make this happen."

And I think it's important for fans to take that into account. The amount of wear and tear that a lot of televised wrestlers go through. When they take on, like I said, a television wrestler's schedule. Which is on the road, non-stop, even though TNA only films twice here in Orlando, I'm still four times a week out, working for several promotions across the country and around the world. So if I'm getting brain-bustered every night of the week, the twenty hour flight back from England to Boston to make my next show, isn't that much more comfortable, doesn't make me want to go back in there and take another one.

And like I said, these are things that I think a lot of fans don't even take into account, or realise, and a lot of wrestlers who are just coming up don't even take into account, but it's a very real thing, so.

In TNA, getting back to my original point, in TNA, we do have free rein with what we do, but at the same time, we are responsible for what we do. So we definitely take that responsibility very seriously.
