Out of Curiosity if I block someone on MSN can they see that they have been block by me?

Yes and no. They won't see that they've been blocked by you but (at least used to) they can tell when you have a screen name change...which would say that you are blocking them because you change screen names while appearing ofline to them.

However, they CAN see when you delete them. That's actually a little known fact about MSN. You can always tell who has you on their list and who has deleted you.
