it seems xpac is returning behind the scenes but would we like him to return back into the ring may be with the game as another dx re union or just as a singles competitor ----------------------
oh hell yes get him on raw

It's better he work backstage because it isn't as disruptive when he no-shows an event.

Yes, it would be nice if he could get his act together and return to the ring, but nothing in his past history indicates he can do it. There are only so many times an employer is willing to get burned by a guy who's intent on doing his best Jeff Hardy imitation.

I... I don't know how to react ot this. On one hand this is the guy named the term X Pac Heat. But in the other hand, I heard that his recent one-off appearance for Chikara actually went pretty well, so knows.

I have wanted X-Pac to make a WWE return for years and join up with Triple H and Micheals to have a proper last run at DX but now that is too late so I am not sure.

I always liked him in the ring and I liked him and Kane as a tag team so I guess I would be for it.

i'd love to see him back for 1 more run, he seems to have his life going better and he could be a good role model for what not to do in your life, plus scott hall was the biggest problem not waltman

I have always liked Syxx, despite all the reasons not to. As has already been mentioned he has a history of no-showing, history of drug/alcohol abuse, etc. He can hardly talk on the mic without sounding like a whiney teenager.

Basically hes very problematic and brings little or nothing to the table. I can only hope this does not mean DX is reuniting for the 10th time. And even if they did its not like any would take them seriously .. a bunch of guys pushing 50 telling eveyone to "suck it" doesent sound very PG anyway.

Just like Nash I'm sure he's going to be behind the scenes and nothing more. As wrestlers are getting older it seems like Vince is allowing them to return to the WWE family and they're very appreciative of it.

He's good for creative, in the back of my head I'm thinking wow, if Paul Levesque takes over for Vince and X-Pac is brought into the picture along with Nash it's like the Kliq will be running things (again) creatively. Which is something to look forward to in the coming years I think. So yes back stage is good in-ring maybe here and there nothing permanent.

If He's on Camera , then im done with WWE.
I knew if HHH and Shawn Micheals got backstage/ office type power , they'd have their buddies back with 'em.

F^#k that no talent, loser piece of crap. His moves are shit and has more go-away heat than pretty much anyone in the history of WWE.

I hope Cena punches him in the nuts if tries that stupid ass bronco buster ( worst move in the history of wrestling).

Screw that Cliq sh@t. If Shawn was truly "born again" then he'd have nothing to do with guys like Waltman.

I saw him recently compete at the King of Trios as the 123 Kid, and he did great in my opinion, and reading he was scouting talent might just be a way for him to work backstage with the young talent, I like it when the veterans come in and work backstage to help the young talent, but I also love seeing them compete from time to time, like if Diesel decided to make a in ring return for a little bit I would be excited, same with X-Pac. And I understand why people will hate on him due to his past, but he looked to be in great shape at the King of Trios. And looked clean and healthy. A lot of people don't like it when the older wrestlers come in but when these younger wrestlers cant bring in the crowds, the older wrestlers will.

Man, not just as a fan, but as a person, I'm glad that X-Pac is coming back. That must mean he's clean and has gotten his act together. When I saw him last, on the Surreal Life, all pilled up and being domestically harsh to Chyna, I admit, I had written the guy off. But I'm glad that he has his web show and is coming back to the WWE. I love to see people doing well. Now, Scott Hall, you get it together.

I don't see it as a bad thing. I know all the heat X-Pac has had in the past, and his abuse problems, and etc. Let's face it, the industry as a whole is hurting really really bad. For some reason the WWE is having an insane amount of trouble getting new stars over. I say if X-Pac can still go in the ring, then it's a good thing. If he brings the level of heat he has in the past, even better. He can be utilized in developing new stars. Whether on or off camera I see this could be a good thing if done correctly

I like the idea of him working back stage and i believe he is clean...er than he wasbefore lol...he just looks it i work in a pharmacy n u can tell like whose high and whose not and during the hall of fame at least he looked clean so i hope hes got his act together if not..he prolly wouldnt even last in the back stage capacity idk about in the ring..hes not that old so he can prolly still go but id hate for him to screw it up..but im love comeback slash redeeming stories so whatever he does ill be cool with it

As long as he can get over his problems and be productive, good for him. If it becomes a Kliq reunion than the WWE will eventually suffer because of it.

LOL I don't think you understand what it means to be "born again." If Christians stayed away from guys like Waltman they would have no one to try and bring in the fold.

X-Pac returning to the WWE! It was bound to happen. X-Pac is Triple H's boy! So you know that X-Pac already has V.I.P. parking at WWE HQ right now. X-Pac can help the smaller guys in the E. To develope them into guys who can go head up intense with the heavyweights.

I think it's a good move by the WWE to bring back this veteran right now.

I don't know if a full-time wrestling comeback is in the cards. I'd draw a good reaction in his return but it would fizzle out quickly afterwards. Plus, he's been known to no show (as mentioned by others before).

Even a backstage role could be risky. Having an employee miss work is never a good (unless they're sick or have a good excuse, he probably doesn't most of the time). Right now, he has a lot to prove and show he's better than he was. He needs to show he would be a good agent and be a responsible employee. If I was in charge of hiring him, I wouldn't waste my time. Too much for him to prove and not enough benefit in a return.

Yes curse you Sean Waltman, when you were the Lightning/ 1-2-3 Kid you revolutionized the lightweight division. Then you made the mistake of going to WCW to join your Kliq buddies hall and Nash, sustained a major injury, was forced to compete by Bischoff and then fired via Fed Ex because Eric didn't have the balls to face him.
How dare you continue to compete when most people would give up after all of that? Y

No , I understand that fine, but Shawn should have learned that some folks are beyond help and just bring others down

It hasn't been THAT LONG since his no shows and wagon falling in TNA.

I agree, how dare he be a washed out druggie mess , hitch his wagon any chance he could to better talents that dragged him along for the ride , bring down one of the better womens wrestlers of all time, ( btw one of his buddies ex's ) then fail miserably in AAA, and beg to work TNA then no show and bomb even when your buddy drags you along there-----

how dare he indeed.

I imagine, given his history, if he makes a full-time return to the company, Vince and his guys are going to be on him like a vulture to make sure he stays in line. The WWE isn't the kind of company X-Pac is used to working for, as it's changed the last time he was around. It's a professional television show with standards and shit, not the dick jokes and beer he was around for.

I'm a HUGE X-pac mark! Not so much Syxx or 123 kid, I loved up the X-pac character. He was so energetic, he was easy to hate and easy to love. He was also good in the ring. Even if he's just coming backstage, i'll be pleased. But he's not even forty yet, so MAYBE if he gets clean (one can only dream), they give him one last run. Maybe as a pro on NXT, a midcard phenom, or a manager. I'm all for it, get him sober, and give him ONE, LAST chance!

of course this was gonna happen....all the chips are falling into place for hhh to take over...who else would he trust to help him the company a success than his buddies?? hes trying to get rid of all those tv writers and make it a wrestling company as much as an entertainment company...
but to the actual topic, i dont think x-pac will be wrestling...and if he does it'll be on a once in a while basis....but i like i said, i like that hes there to help scout and look for new talent...he will help hhh just like nash and michaels and the kliq running things again is something i personally look forward too...

Great to see X-Pac back home in the WWE fold. Hope to see him wrestle again but if it's only a backstage roll helping young talent and scouting for new talent, than it's still all good. Easily one of the top 10 performers in the WWE in the 90's and will always be a fan. X-PAC FTW!!!

I'm pretty sure the people who want to see him in the ring are in minority (I'm a huge X-Pac fan from the DX days and 123 kid was great) but I am glad to know that he's giving back to the business. Despite what all of the Kliq-haters say, everyone in that group was extremely talented and all had the tools to be big (some of them just blew it - literally). That being said, X-Pac has a lot to offer the young talent and hopefully he can help them improve because they need some improvements ASAP.

Xpac had alot of things going for him, but he's semi-ruined his career with the Bullshit he pulls.

I personally haven't cared for him since he teamed with Kane (I'll admit, he gave Kane a personality), But then again, without Sean Waltman, what would we be calling X-pac heat?
