Well based on talking to a few people, you may want to lay up.
Thats an exact quote from someone on MSN, a current member of WZCW feels this way. As do I. If you want to act like a heal, start using the Trash Talking Thread again, don' act like a cocky hotshot here, because it just makes you look bad, like you really don't care about the fed your running, and if you don't, why should the rest of us? I'm not saying this to attack you, but multiple people in this fed are leaving because of the way you are acting. I know your chareter isa heal, but I also now you used to act like a really cool dude, and it made people enjoy things. But your new persona, per say, has literally turned people off. So for the best interest of the fed, you may want to lay off the insults and the "heal" tactics in the fed, and save them for your RPs and Trash Talking. Don't become your charecter in the wrong place, cause people are leaving that place.

Thats just the problem. And I even explained this to Shock while he's on staff, but once you join staff, you join a different group of people. We can't talk to you guys about problems of dislike, because it'sbasically WZCW-suicide. I'm verbally discussed what I don't like about WZCW ON BEHALF of many current and former members, and I've been jobbed out in every single match, even having the rules of the fed bent on my last one for another loss. But the fact is, it's not all trash talk, some is good. It' what people do. I'm sure you trash talk people, e-fed wise or not, as does everyone. It's called Venting. I can't vent my being upset at Monkeys comments a while ago at never winning to Monkey, cause he'll just act like a dick about it, so I vent with others that agree.
And just so you know, even though me and Shock did talk alot, I actually explained this to him a while ago, I believe also telling him that I couldn't talk to him as much because of his promotion. But you guys have the staff room to say what you want, we have MSN to discuss our honest opinions on the e-fed, good and bad. We don't have freedom of speach here, so we do it there.

He never mentioned me at all in the match. Ask Will when he returns, because it was him that told me this several months ago. You don't mention your opponent, it's a loss.

I'll step up, it was me that said being a heel character and a heel efed staff are totally seperate issues and never the 'twain shall meet. I mean I'm a japanese man in my character, I don't talk about flied lice at any given oppotunity in the discussion thread, certainly not when I was on staff.
Taking a volitile swearing at your members approach will really, really alienate you. Ask anyone here who the most understanding and inviting member on the staff was and I guarentee they'll say it was me, and yet if you asked them to name the staff, I'd never be the first one mentioned. Cause thats the job, do it so well that no-one even notices what you're doing, they just notice everything works well.
The end result is that I'm looking at whether or not I will continue here on WZCW, simply as it's starting to not be anjoyable and easy as an efed shoul;d be. Norcal said it best with his trademark helpings of sarcasim, this is a damn efed, it shouldn't be as serious as people are making it.
I hope that it changes. At the moment, many people, myself included, feel like this

Lee, your work behind the scenes, as far as we can see, has been amazing. The show's being done shorter and faster is a great iea, no ones denying that. All the members want is to not feel so belittled by the staff. Thats about it. As soon as Staff start treating the members with a bit of respect, things will be fun again. In order for things to be the way they used to be, it'll take work from BOTH sides, and I for one am actually hoping things do work out.

Ok, I guess I should apologize? But I'm not going to. Coming to the efed used to be fun. But since people like Shock, Numbers, Derf, and a few others started taking it too seriously it hasnt. Whats the matter? You didnt win a match? WHO THE FUCK CARES???

So what, you take two hours out of your life to write an RP, but you lost. Did you have fun being creative? If so then thats what this fed is all about. But if not. Then youre probably just a loser anyways.

Lee, in responce to the Bar Room thread, I havn't seen much of your work yet, but what I have seen is good.
Ricky, I know what you mean by being able to hash things out, I think we did that the night I quit, and I will admit I felt some bad blood before, but alo of that has passed after we talked.
I don't know what NorCal was laughing at, so I can't respond to that.
