WZCW Discussion Thread

I might be a lame duck, but I earned my opportunities by myself. You, however, required a second person to assist your lazy ass to win a championship, one where there were no other legitimate contenders. Every other time, you incessantly bitched about not receiving a title opportunity. Both times, you were awarded titles for no reason at all, and you lucked out because your opponent didn't post their best RP, or the creative didn't want to deal with even more of your bitching.

Regardless, I've always been ready to smash your face into the ground, and my opinion hasn't changed. I'll gladly give a match: any time, any place, any where. You name it, I'll show up and I'll make you my bitch.

Both times? Honey, I've won 2 Mayhem titles, an Elite X title and the Tag titles. That's a little more than both times. Now unlike you I won the tag titles by myself, you needed to leach off Holmes because you suck. You're the lazy ass who was carried because before that what were you doing? Oh right, you were being carried by that other tag partner you had!

And earned your opportunities? I hardly think putting yourself in a World Championship match during the roulette rounds is earning it. Of course, that was totally random. :suspic:

The Final Verse sounds much better as a finisher than Your Final Verse. Prophet has no idea (never has); you made his finisher better by re-naming it.

Tbf it was supposed to be called the Final Verse but while searching through song lyrics for a finisher name I accidentally copied 'Your Final Verse' and didn't remove the first part. I keep it because it reminds me of an earlier time when you were far less annoying and had potential that was yet to be burned to the ground while our heads were kicked in by your long winded RPs about nothing.

I'm assuming based off the short Logan v tastic match, that my rp didn't count lol. No worries as I didn't post in time, just hope that was the case, and the rp wasn't considered trash lol

I'm suspended.

And drunk but that's beside the point.

Once again Killjoy got me thinking and that thinking is leading towards a slight gimmick change.

Not sure on the particulars but I'm still not hitting the mark so something still needs to change.

This is me writing my honest opinions about each of the match and segment. But as human nature I get more judgmental while looking at my match. Because all the times before Vee was used in a perfect way, win or lose, I was happy with it. Not on this one.

As always, we appreciate the review, and will take it to heart when we work on future shows.

Your match was written by a guest writer, who was also a former head of creative, thus the different writing style, as well as the different view on Vee and his moves. As for the neckbreaker not being in his moveset...that's going to happen. If we tried writing a match based on the same 15 moves for every guy, the matches would become very repetitive, so we mix in some moves that are similar to what they do, or would be done by a typical wrestler with that arsenal. An MMA-trained fighter would certainly know about wearing down your opponent's vital areas (head, neck, knees, elbows) and working for a submission. A neckbreaker is perfect for that.

Cooper v Taylor at an All Stars between VII-IX is gonna happen. Willing to name change bet on that.

Doc's back?!? Jesus Christ man, the fact we've never crossed over makes me so sad.

In not sad news; today I found out my 11 year old sister has been learning japanese independently without anyone knowing. That's cool as fuck. I knew the family genius was in her somewhere :p

I'm interested in seeing how that would work as well. Are these the same wrestler and manager who were going to join Zeus, Beard, and Fallout back then? If so I'm glad we won't miss out on those characters.

How does the manager thing work? Are you going to post rp's?
If they need me to. ;) I'm basically part time, very part time. Think of it like an NPC except with a person behind it. What that means to creative is up to them.

Yup! Adonis and LeBelle were going to be part of the Pale Riders. Basically the exact same dynamic between the two characters, though obviously with Beard around the dynamic between him and LeBelle would have been totally different.

On that note, I absolutely loved Haiku's description of the Adonis character on the podcast with Killjoy and that really helped shape what he is now. His character has always been the same but I've been thinking about a lot of little intricacies and mannerisms I can work with.

You know, this potentially opens up the door for a whole other level of RP'ing for those who want to join/return but simply do not have time on their side. It's a cool setup.

I remember that podcast. These characters had been a pretty big missed opportunity until now.
