I think we're at a crossroads here if M is that intrusive

I'm pinned into a wall. It's almost completely impossible for M to be involved in a feud. I know that. I also know that the last thing I want to do is to just disappear. What I want to do with M is have fun (I've had fun thanks for asking ) but I also don't want my fun disrupting others'. I'll retract the request for M to never speak. I don't know what else to say.

M is not intrusive. We like M, and want to feature him where we can, such as this last cycle. Obviously there's always room for him to be in matches, but am I correct to assume you'd be okay with the character not working towards a goal? No title shots, no feuds, no marquee matches?

So I've been thinking about my match. It's got 2 people I've wanted to face since I came back in Spidey and Miko as well as VEE.

VEE is a bit of a wild card for me because I stopped reading his RPs when they started giving me a headache, so I think I read half of one. I suppose I'll have to grab a bottle of Tylenol and read a few.


I'm a very happy person right now and pumped for Gold Rush despite not advancing in the tournament.

Also I feel for M and can understand where he's coming from. At the same time you have to trust that Creative know you're not no-showing for no reason. As long as you tell them before the boards are posted they have never, to my knowledge, jobbed someone out in those circumstances.

I assume the Gold Rush Tournament ends at Gold Rush ya? Do the competitors have to write extra RP's when they advance to the finals? How is that determined?

It works just like the Lethal Lottery for the guys who are in both matches. One RP best of the four RPs wins the tournament.

The participants RP for the Semifinals and creative votes on the winners that go into the finals.

Then between the 2 finalists they take those RPs and creative votes again on the winner of the tournament.

So in short 1 RP from the four of them.

What he said, basically. We'll vote the matches the same as always, and then vote the best of the remaining two. It would be a mess to have people write RPs, and then after it's all said and done, say "these are canon, and these aren't".

The Fatal Fourway is on the main show to reward the people who won a tournament match, since the tournament is the highlight of this PPV. Logan's match.......you'll see.

I still disagree with you, but I understand the decisions and I'll trust you guys. My disagreement is more to do with people thinking the pre-show is a punishment, even with a good performance. Happened when Aftershock and Ascension were new ventures, and I'm still slightly triggered this idea is still floating around.

This argument goes a little deeper for me, where kids get encouraged and rewarded for doing terribly... but that's another conversation for a different section of the forum.

I wouldn't look at it as a punishment. Especially this round. The pre-show has a debut, a former champion, and the current KFAD. I see your point, but I would reassure anyone who thinks any of those things are a punishment, that they are not. At least not from me.

I actually agree with the theory of the pre-show having a negative stigma. Not gonna lie, it felt like a "punishment" to me when I saw the boards. Recent losses or not. The losses themselves are a whole other conversation though. I may or may not be PM'ing you guys on creative about it later. That's just me being honest.

EDIT: Getting "pre-show'ed" that is. It had nothing to do with ??? or the opponents.
