It's not technically a return, but it's a surprise.

Mr. Banks runs out, oiled up, in a Big E style singlet and runs rampant. He eliminates Ty Burna last by delivering a picture perfect Consecrated Banishment, sending Ty over the top rope.

Calling it now.

Which, of course, leads to the fans rioting. Worse than the great riot of 1974. Along with someone getting stabbed.

Good grief I hope not.

I told you this in confidence.

Replace Banks with Thrash or Darren Bull and I'm down for this.

Can't wait till monday, got 200 dollars worth of mma gear coming for sparing. Getting better, gonna take the next 5 or 6 months and get into the best shape I can and then we are gonna look for a legit sanctioned fight in ohio.

My ground game is solid, I've not beaten any of the pro's I've rolled with but I've came close twice. I've ripped a guys muscle in his forearm with an arm bar, and I've sort of really started to like stuff other than chokes. I've always gone for a choke, it's always been that. But the more and more you grapple the more and more you see just how much people leave their arms open. Myself included, but it's very hard to get and keep my arm. I've been told I have a ****** strength switch, sometimes I just turn shit on, and no one can overpower me.

My boxing is still a work in progress, and I think that's why my trainer and I have agreed to take this six months and just work hard. I'm gonna be doing 5 days a week in sept, mon, wed, fri, I'll be doing two and a half hours of training, and then Tuesday and Thursday I'll be working from 3-745 at night.

There's nothing funner than choking another man until he loses consciousness in a triangle choke, so his last thought before he passes out is how much your balls stink.

On another note, COME BACK TO THE FUCKING FED.

If I have time I'll do all stars.

But yes triangles are cool, I'm actually working on my arm triangle right now. That shit gets nasty, I was hearing my trainers neck crack the other day when I was working it in. It was very very nasty.

I get alot of shit for my style, I'm going to be a ground fighter. I can take punches, but most of my finishing power is going to be ground and pound or a sub.

Army Combatives is pretty much BJJ, so I'm pretty well versed in ground n' pound and submissions, but I can stand and throw too.

I can throw, my defense is what fucks with me. I have a chin, but when it's getting hit with 10-30 solid shots every round it isn't lasting long haha. I just gotta keep praticing, I'm noticing a huge change.

Buy yeah army combats should be like 1 week of pugil, and the rest ground and joint manipulation. Idk why some Mos don't do the ground combats. If you can't figure out what end of the gun to use as a club how did you.pass the asvab?

I had a roommate who was well versed in akido get into a sparring match with an MMA fighter.

Fighter came in, my roommate trapped his punching arm, whipped him around and put him in an armbar.

He was asked not to spar again.

The hell?

Your roommate was clearly inconsiderate by putting him in a position that commonly results in the career-threatening injury known as "bruised ego" that the MMA fighter suffered. That's some serious shit, mang.
