You could use one of the Briscos. Preferable the one that won't make Grizz look like a bigot.
Meh, when I look at the Briscos, "bigot" comes after "dirty", "redneck", "inbred" and "wifeswapper".

Kevin Steen is the MAN.
He's the single biggest reason for me want ing to check out more RoH.

I'd offer help, but, you know...

So, is WZCW still meeting your expectations as an alternative to your old fed that went belly up?

It's definitely equal in atmosphere. The suspended reality is a bit troubling to work inside of my RPs. What I mean is, if you asked me in MWE if I would be RPing against a tag team of Action Saxton and Saboteur, and they champions, I probably would have rolled laughing. But, with that said, I get why guys like S.H.I.T., Saxton, Sab, and Krypto can exist because its not a one off gimmick they make it work.

RP wise I'm trying to find my nitch.

Layout wise, I said it since the beginning, I have never ever been a fan of match threads. It feels limited. Once I get going and figure everyone out, I'll take pot shots at everyone. In a free forum for RPs, everyone is fair game to me, no one is safe from some it. And you can post feedback right on the RP instead of posting somewhere else.

This is a rant, but believe me when I say, I'm not leaving anytime soon. I really do like it here and like it with each passing day.

Would Zeus fit in that realm?

Also, just thinking of ideas for my next RP while at a bar watching the Cup; I want to implement Nightcrawler, Hellfire, and Care Bears.

... I'm pretty sure the bartender didn't roofie my drink

It's commendable to come back and insert yourself into a big stable right off the back. Am interested to see where Slice goes since he's [hopefully] debuting this round. The roster we have now is pretty huge, so it's hard to follow everyone's stuff all the time.

I'm not familiar with Zeus, I'm trying to catch up with TSA vs Strikeforce w/ Jacobs. Essentially we ran MWE as WWE is ran (except we made good shows consistently). In an opinion statement alone, I'd place WZCW around like, Chikara Pro/ROH, but with higher budget. My mindset is on a realist side, I think about production costs and the inner workings of a fed beyond the NPCs.

I'm hoping Slice hits the ground running. Jumping into a stable I thought I could handle it. I haven't been part of a team for years. That's an adjustment in itself. But slice is good, and I'm sure like me a couple weeks and hell be right as rain.

At the risk of being that guy...

I really hope Slice can make it work, because I'm not fully interested in the idea of a wrestler who's gimmick is that he doesn't feel emotion. It's like... I dunno, if the character doesn't care, why should I?

I could totally be wrong, I just wanna see how this works

I'm looking forward to his RP. He's another guy that's been hyped lately, and I'm excited to see where he stands.

I'll probably beat him though ;)

I dunno... Celeste has a disorder which makes it impossible for her to feel physical pain at all, so a disorder not to feel any emotional pain could absolutely work.

Well it is Emotional Detachment, and I think it can be played well if he has some actual traumatic reasoning than it could work out just fine. Almost like Dexter Morgan.

Emotionless characters can definitely work. "Broken" Barbosa, when the personalities were buried away, was perhaps my best run from a quality of writing stand point.

Having said that, would it have been so good had we not been used to the mayhem of Barbosa's personalities? It could be trick enough to make an emotionless character with limited back-story interesting without resorting to silliness (which is itself not a problem, unless you are looking to write a serious character).

Slice is like DC in many ways as they used to handling a number of NPCs. It wouldn't surprise me if he used those for humour and to demonstrate this disconnect.

My character is has been an emotionless character from the start, in fact I was constantly drawing parallels between S.H.I.T and emotionless Barbosa while we were feuding. While it was tough going in the beginning I think managed to get it to work. The biggest hindrance comes from a success standpoint I guess, how does one RP for a title ones character couldn't care less about?

Seems a bit like when everybody was saying Krypto wouldn't work, when his gimmick was pretty much the same as mine, and if I can make something work, anybody can.

So i bought Ni No Kuni today, spent an hour or so on it. It's beautiful and engrossing.

My RPs may take a huge hit in the future. I really need to get on that.

You bought a what, now?

EDIT: Nevermind, I did some digging. Sounds like Dreamfall, looks like Final Fantasy...

It looks like a Studio Ghibli film. Plays like a Tales game from what I know of them. There's never been an FF game that looks like this.

So we ever going to get those reviews?

Sorry about all that. I have had one of the most busiest weeks that I can remember this past week. Even my RP is something I have not given a thought about yet. With that said...

Review this week

Here is my smarky review. It's not a full review as promised, but I like the format and may continue it. Much simpler than breaking down each match. Cheers!

Cool review. Nice alias too. I agree about the last Strikeforce match as well, but the thing is - how many times have we seen Sting and Flair retire? They'll be back, even if it's a matter of years... Mikey's wikia page also claims that he's part of the reigning champions tag-team...

Don't look at the wikia - when I get the chance, I think I might go over there and wipe the entire thing clean with only a small amount of information and a link to this site.

I know this is late but match descriptions are completed.
