Also, the heel trash talking on WZCW needs to settle down. I don't see the point in trash talking on Twitter with other heels you most likely will never deal with.

I could dig this. Problem would be getting like eight applications at once. Unless we could get eight people on the lower end of the fed to volunteer for it in exchange for a title shot.

It wouldn't necessarily have to follow the exact NXT structure; meaning you wouldn't need X complete newbies; you could just take anybody who struggles to link two wins together and pair them up with a top guy as a kind of protracted mentored scheme - let the people who need it learn from the vets and all that.

Don't know why I'm pitching ideas; I abhor this concept.

You are right Gelgarin. It could even be ran as a side angle on Aftershock. Just call it something like "Break Out" and have the pros be the ones who vote on matches or competitions. Make the prize something along the lines of an Elite X title shot. It would be an easy way to give the directionless some direction.

They can still job over each other. That is just a part of paying your dues. Now that I think about it, the idea looks good on paper, but it is hard to tell if everyone would remain active. Especially new members.

So, my idea is to take the 7 newest members of WZCW & put them in WZCWNXT. Let the mid-carders keep AfterShock, & give a place for the new kids like me a place to learn the ropes of WZCW & hopefully get something out of it.

Fourth show, no way. Only way something like this would work (probably) is on Aftershock.

How about we test try it with just 4 rookies/undercard guys? Surely we can put our collective minds together to make something decent together.
