Hey everybody!! I hope you are all enjoying the weekend!! This is the final weekend before I go to school
I know. I was off for Winter Break and I SO don't wanna go back! Oh well. The ppv was awesome, it took my a while to read it because I was busy.
Okay so there seems to be a big problem, that some of us know and others don't. If this means I will be punished, then so be it. I'm really irritated by this, so I will say this in the most nicest way possible. Davinder Jaetter (David) is the tech guy of WZCW. He is the head tech, and it it his responsibility to do the pictures, sigs, icons, titles, all the pictures, and all the video's that we see.
Without David, WZCW would still be as awesome as it is now. But not every fed has vid's like we do, and pictures. So thanks to David, WZCW can be cooler and more tech. Now it has come to my attention that the poster that David did for the ppv, should have gone at the beginning of the ppv, but instead it wasn't. Someone else put a different poster that someone who isn't apart of this fed made, I have no clue who posted the poster at the beg. but that doesn't matter.
That isn't why I am pissed off. David does a SHIT LOAD of work for us and we don't respect him. I'm not talking about all of us, I'm talking MOSTLY to the creative team, except 1 or 2. (we have 4 men on the creative team) David is seriously being disrespected, and just because this has nothing to do with me and I don't tech. see everything so then the question that you would all be asking is: Well...how do you know he is being disrespected if you just said that you didn't see everything?
Well that is simple. I talk to David every single night on MSN. We say hey, shoot the breeze, sometimes talk about our personal life, but we MAINLY talk about WZCW. He ALWAYS shows me video's that he makes, and I think they are simply phenomenal!! He does this for a living!! He gets paid for doing this!! He does what he does for WZCW, for us, for free!! He asks for NOTHING in return. He asks hardly for anything. And as the head tech, he should be notified what things are and what things are not of his things that will be posted. He should have been told that his poster, in which he worked SO HARD on, and had to do it quickly for the mods, to get the show together, wasn;t even used at all. So why in the world did he have to do it in the first place? Why the heck did he have to work his ass off if this wasn't going to be posted, period?
He complains to me that he thinks he will be stepping down as head tech, or tech at all. He says that he might just RP and that's it. So I asked him "Why? Don't you have fun doing that?" He tells me "You are damn right I have fun, but why the fuck do I need to do this if I will be disrespected and treated like shit and simply just not taken seriously?"
OK, what he actually said was that he never complains, I am scared to complain, it's not worth it. And when i complain it blows up in my face like im ungrateful. I always gets looked over, no one ever cares or even treats me with some decency. He is basically talking about on MSN with one of the mods of this place. (We have 3 mods)
After talking a little bit more he tells me that he thinks he is just simply gonna quit this fed all together. I immediately told him NO NO NO!! You can't quit!! Please don't bro!! My theory is that if he quits, and if someone gets de-modded due to all the mistakes that someone else (not me or David) claims to have made...then 2 people will quit and then another and then another and the next thing you know...NO MORE WZCW!! That isn't what I want!! I love WZCW and there is NO way I am letting this place crash!! Absolutely not!!
Listen, the best thing to do is this:
Just like there is a creative team (Sincade, Enforcer, Will, Iscariot) and just like there is a writing team (Me, Will, Gus, Reaper, Ricky, and anyone else I forgot to mention) There should be a tech team!! Just with David and anyone else that wants to be. Writing team...does the writing that the mods tell him to do. The tech should do what the mods tell him to do and he should have complete control of what goes in and goes out on each show! Because taking out a piece of work that a mod approved, taking it out because another mod disapproves is unacceptable and completely disrespectful to David!!
I'll be damned to let David quit this place because this place is amazing and David is one of MANY reasons for that!!
I also want NOBODY to be pissed and say that I have NO right saying any of this because I do!
Sorry to say this but David doesn't stand up for himself as much as he should, so I do it for him!! Nobody should be miserable in an e-fed because that is ******ed!! I am making this post because it's fucken ridiculous at how my friend is being treated! Things should really start changing because the mods are not on the same page with one another, and people are being disrespected and that isn't how people should act!
I do not have any problems, because this has nothing to do with me, I wasn't treated unfairly but my friend who doesnt know how to stand up for himself is being treated unfairly so I'm doing this for him. This is really disgusting and consequences should be taken!!
And as the mods and head of this fed (Enforcer!! Will!! Sincade and Iscariot) You guys should respond about this, get yourselves a creative team (just u 4) meeting on MSN because the 4 of u have MSN and fucken discuss this whole shit out!! I'm sick of problems ALWAYS happening. Ucch!! Oh and Will, don't bother telling me "You know where the door is, Leore. No one is making you stay here." Because you told me that one before and I said already, I don't want to leave, I just don't want people, especially my friends who do so much for this fed don't deserve the bullshit they get, getting disrespected.
