Just to add to that though I very much doubt you've even read my roster page let alone a Red Mask RP so that's why I don't care. He's rarely used (though was hugely teased in my last RP) and three superheroes may be too much.

You're right, I've never read anything of Red Mask being that I haven't even heard of him until he was brought up in this conversation, so I can assure you I never meant to rip him off.

Furthermore, I can assure you that, unless you're influences are almost exactly the same as mine, there's no way that Saboteur is going to turn out like Red Mask. For one thing Saboteur isn't so much a superhero as a wannabe superhero with misplaced ideals but a decent heart. He's also totally fucking crazy. I'm sure as we get to learn more about the character we'll see what separates him from the rest of the masked marvels of WZCW.

I'll be honest. I dont even see Saboteur as a superhero, more like a failed villain. He does have a hostage after all.

So yeah. No gimmick infringement and anyone who thinks otherwise can take it up with creative. We're the ones who let him in after all.

I was using Lee's gimmick when I signed up as well; it is apparently very easy to do.

Well personally, the Red Mask gimmick isn't really used by Lee anymore so the superhero thing was up for grabs. Also neither the Black Dragon or Saboteur characters do superhero like Lee did superhero - in fact I would say they are both abstract interpretations of the superhero gimmick. Also, it is possible for more than one person to do similar gimmicks. I was allowed in and how similar was my gimmick to Showtimes?

I would assume that is the same reasoning that Gelgarin and JGlass were allowed in.

Any complaints on gimmick infringement should be done when apps are placed and by PM to creative. Complaints should be addressed in the same way. I assume Ty and Phoenix could have more to say on this because this is unneccesary drama.

Sorry for uhh trying to put my two cents in here. But Lee I just checked, and if I hadn't gone through and put everyones finishers in a word doc around Xmas. I wouldn't of known that you had more than 1 char on your roster page. You're on the second page.

I made a JOKEY COMMENT about how the gimmicks are similar obviously similar gimmicks are allowed seeing as we have 20 rich boys thereabouts.

When Gelgarin posted his app I made a comment on that, it was decided that they were quite different but still under the same vein.

I even used Red Mask in an RP last show and he was used in the All Stars. He's mentioned in a lot of my RPs so don't say I don't use him.

Don't make out there's drama when there's not. If I had a problem about it you'd have been told, you weren't so I have no problem.
