WZCW Discussion Thread

Funny thing is, I went to bed at half time thinking that my bets were goosed. I also had Brady to throw for more than 300 yards, 2 TD passes and the Pats to win at 9/2. Woke up this morning to give the kid her middle of the night bottle and couldn't believe my eyes.

See, gambling is fun... when it pays off.

Hey Jeff, do Canadian postmen still have the "Nor rain, nor sleet, nor hail" motto that we have in the States?

I haven't seen it around anywhere but I hear it said to me by business owners and old people once every two weeks. The joke I get five times a shift is "I don't want any bills. HAR HAR HAR !". I mentally hang myself every time.

SHould have happened months ago but everyone was up for saving it and then didnt give a shit.

Yeah, like I said before, this thing has been on life support for years now. Honestly it kind of pisses me off that no one truly gave a shit until we decided to pull the plug.

Sad part is, if some of the singles guys did team up here and there instead of float around, the division would be alive and well. I count at least ten of the older guys on the Roster who have either never tag teamed or haven't tag teamed in years. The roster is larger than it was when Cerberus were champions. We didn't have a second page of talent. It's completely doable. But the desire is pretty much deed.

Tag teaming in a e-fed isn't easy. Like I can fuck around for a week and not come up with an idea until deadline day and be fine, but with a partner, you have to plan and coordinate. It is kind of a pain. It is a big reason most teams don't last.

I think it's fun and challenging at the same time. My next Rp is Constantine heavy and I'm pretty sure I don't have The Power Trip nailed down so I'll be PMing Dave with his thoughts on it. That's another thing, having an active tag partner was/is a bonus so you can hash things out a little quicker and revise. I'll be saddened to see Mark Keaton's title stripped off of him.

I always wanted to be part of the tag division, I finally get a tag partner and the titles are going away. I have the worst luck.

I have three times offered to be in a tag team with someone(different people) and three times they said no.

Before KCVII I was offered a tag team and said no because my aim was to win the EurAsian championship and make it a respectable belt.

I've been rejected? No, I've been said no from three people as well.

Maybe I was/am too new to this RolePlay world. But I don't see why someone would reject a veteran like you for the same reason.

What I know now is that I ain't enough for a tag team.

By the way, does someone miss me and Xaitlyn in WZCW?

Didn't really get enough time to get to know Xaitlyn. Not sure why you bowed her out though. She could've been the female Jake The Snake Roberts of WZCW. Turn her heel, start spouting off some cryptic messages of poisoning the roster with her venom and voila, decent baddie.

Edit: You don't necessarily need 10 RPs of backstory either. I've barely any for Mark Keaton to fill a 1/3rd of an RP. Just have fun with it.
