WZCW Discussion Thread

Small complaint that creative doesmy need to rush to address but I posted character changes before the PPV that arent reflected in Diabolos' roster page.

Not a big deal, just thought I'd point it out.

What kind of head of creative would totally forget that the character changes thread exists?

Probably a shitty one like Falkon. Not me, no sir.

.....

Speaking of listings, aren't you forgetting to update another that a certain someone gave you out of pure generosity?

Oh and if anyone can figure out who Atsushi Kiriyama is using as a character rep, that'd be great.

I'm his tag partner and even I don't have a clue who his rep is.

How do you guys RP?

Do you get an idea in your head and just jot it down for later? Do you schedule a day/time to RP and then just come up with it then? Do you need to be listening to music or have something going on in the background? Read your opponent's RP for the current session (if they posted first), dig through their old stuff?

I mostly jot down a plan for my RP and get through it in chunks. I have a general idea on how I want my story to advance and culminate, and I plan it out through my RP's.

Normally, it's in hourly chunks, unless I'm close to deadline, which is when I kind of rush it a little bit. I still have the ideas down so all is right with the world.

How many RPs do you have at least jotted down in advance? Mine usually always come to me while I'm listening to music (hence why almost every RP has been tied to music) so except for recently I really only plan/write out for the upcoming/current show.

I've yet to flesh out a story arch yet outside of character history being revealed however. Not too sure how fantastical or realistic I want to go.

I have an endgame in sight; at least I did this cycle with the reveal of Oleg Yeltsin. The individual RP's are planned depending on the opponent and I get a theme for each of them, and discuss appropriate matters.

I listen to music when writing. I don't really draw inspiration from it, but it helps keep me motivated. Mostly it's an Iron Maiden or Metallica album; though Black Sabbath, Anthrax and Megadeth have been used too.
