WZCW Discussion Thread

Was there alcohol involved? Usually, if you have a horrible feeling the morning after, the night in question usually involved alcohol.

I spent too long barbecuing yesterday and now my back hurts. Also my missus drank two bottles of wine and spent the night throwing up

On the plus side we've now announced our wedding date so that's cool. WOOO being 28!

Congrats man.

Now I know where Mikey Stormrage has been hiding! He's planning your bachelor party in Alhazred's super secret laboratory... whilst being held against his will, I imagine...

Ah yes, give me a moment. I've been busy tweaking the first of five new title history threads and I've ignored a few PM's recently. I'll reply to it shortly (soon after I reveal the WZCW World Title history thread).

Congrats Shotaro.

On an unrelated note, I'm about three hours into the Last of Us, and it may be the most over rated game I've played since San Andreas.

Sweet! Now all we have to do is get the location of the wedding and we'll ALL come! Kidding

And all the trolls from our forum show up as soon as the minister says "if anyone thinks these two shall not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace" to cause trouble.
I'd aim to recreate as my scenes as I can from The Wedding-Crashers, like encountering Jane Seymour's hoo-hoo's.

Was looking through all the old sigs I made and the Apostles of Chaos sig may be my favorite thing I've made.

What about Half Life 2?

And yeah, I agree. TLOU is over hyped when you think about it and play it. It's not a bad game at all, but it's hardly a "masterpiece" like some critics are calling it.

Also, grats Shotaro! Have fun on the lucky day.

I never actually played Half Life 2. After the ridiculous amount of FPS games in the last generation, I started avoiding the ones that didn't have the word "Bioshock" in the title.

Really excited about the challenge of the contract battle royal next round. The match will have an awesome mix of old vs new and everyone will be on top of their game as they look to establish themselves early.

You're not missing out on a lot really, unless you're into other Valve games or you count Fallout 3 for its RPG/FPS hybrid gameplay.

Trust me when I say I'm gunning for the early impression and I think everybody else is too. It's going to be very, very tight.

No, it's just full-on FPS games I avoid. Apart from Bioshock, I haven't found one I like in years. And even Bioshock isn't a through and through FPS.
