Your RPs right now are a good length, but they are cluttered. Right now there are two things I think you need to write good RPs: focus and theme.
When I say focus, I don't mean like, attention span, though paying attention to your RPs is good too. I mean you need to pick a certain story and stick to it. Few things are worse than an RP that can't decide what it's about. Is it an interview? Is it a reflection? Is it plot development for a story? Is it a story in and of itself? That's the type of question you need to answer when you start your RP: what type of RP is this going to be? Once you answer that, stick to your answer. Don't try to make it both, because few people can pull that off, and most of those people are at the top of the card right now.
Second, you need to come up with a theme, and don't deviate from that theme too much. Some of my favorite RP'ers right now work with themes, namely Dr. Zeus, Drake Callahan, and Izzy Stone. Note, you don't have to be a heel to work a theme, as I think Saxton and Saboteur have been known to do it well, and El Califa Dragon did it too, but you are a heel, so you should have plenty of company. For instance, Sam Smith wrote a fantastic RP last week about fear. I wrote a shitty one about chaos, but it had a theme, so people thought it was okay. One of my favorite Califa RPs was about duality (the one with the swinging lightbulb). Of course, the theme of your RP doesn't have to be as abstract as anger or revenge or teamwork: it could be as carnal as beating the shit out of people. Alex Bowen had an RP with that theme two rounds ago (I think), and it was a very solid RP.
Look at your RPs for the past two weeks. Could you say they were focused? Could you say they were thematic? I realize that you can't just flip a switch and suddenly write focused, thematic RPs, but I can at least encourage you to try, and hopefully with some practice you'll get there soon.
And taking stuff to PM is overrated. It's so much more fun when everyone can see you. It's why I jerk off with the stall door open.
