WZCW Discussion Thread

RP SECTIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

The Deadline is June 30th, which is two weeks from today. There is a special added agreement.

If everyone involved in matches can get at least ONE RP that they're satisfied with, turned in, then as soon as everyone Rps at least once for their match.. we can attempt getting the show out even sooner.

Matches will be handed out to writers this week (I would assume) so be prepared to get them. Thank You.

EDIT: EVERYONE MUST AGREE THAT THE SINGULAR RP THEY TURNED IN, IS GOOD FOR THEM.

This way it eliminates the possibility for someone to later say we closed the Rp boards early, before the deadline, and before they had another chance to RP again. You can RP as much as you want for Meltdown matches and use the entire Deadline time.. if you wish for the show to be out sooner, EVERYONE must be in agreement. Which means everyone who's scheduled to RP MUST say their RP is good enough to stand alone. Thank you.

P.S. - My RP is up, and I feel its good enough to stand alone. Thank You.

Quick Question, where is this show airing from? I need to know in order to properly write my RP. Also, I just wanna say that my 2nd match being a KFTD qualifing match is Awesome!

after reading most of what has since past since I made my opinion known... I gotta say one thing...

I'm not posting to "mouth off" or any other cute little phrase you wanna put on it...

Really the only thing that I was never told... and was placed onto my character... was the Team Myles vs Team Sincade match. In which, if D.C. participated, he would lose his title match. I was never asked if I would still go through with that match, ever. If I had been asked what my decision would be... I would have said no... I would have said "HELL NO!". Since that happened... I was basically getting tossed and turned in the Main Event scene... in which I would be so close to getting a title shot, only for something else to happen preventing it. I got sick of it... and in the manner that I saw fit, I told Will that I didn't wanna deal with the Main Event anymore, and I wanted to do something else.

Two reasons why I did that, A. The Main Event scene... IN MY OPINION, was just a set up to keep Rios as champion, thats just my opinion... So I have no shame in admitting, yes, I didn't want to win the Lethal Lottery... I wanted nothing to do with it. It was Staff decision to make me go far into it. B. Will considers me one of the best RPers here, but I don't really feel like I even exist here half the time. I'm not asking people to feed my ego or anything like that. But I can't even tell if anyone is reading my RPs... sometimes I can't even tell if anyone is reading my damn posts. It took me three weeks in a row to get it through to Staff that D.C. doesn't smoke... and while that matter was resolved, that is exactly what I'm talking about. So who the fuck am I to be taking up a spot in the Main Event if half the people here don't even take a note to say "hey good RP" or "you should have won" or something... I backed out of the Main Event because it sucked... and felt like I needed to bring my character into a better perspective in people's eyes, by working my way back up, instead of just "coming back and getting a shot".

I personally don't care what kind of animosity anyone has against me for what I said before. I stated my opinion. If I think that the title change was in bad taste then thats what I meant. But again, I don't have anything against doing it... it was very nice of Staff to do that... but its just the year long reign... the title couldn't have switched hands before? Thats my beef with it. Countless opponents, and the title changes during an impromptu match against on of Rios' OOC friends... I don't wanna sound like an asshole when I say it, but did anyone even think about what kind of picture that painted? Seriously...

And the Gus segment, I felt just looked weak. Gus wrote it, ok, if Gus didn't write it, ok. It was still weak in my opinion. As for character control over D.C.. The only thing I ever suggested was, if you guys needed a promo from D.C. just ask me... I've written backstage segments before, and I can show proof that I do a good job. I don't need to get "stone Cold" on someone, or hit people for no reason. I'd rather tell a good story, and build tension and a storyline. If an attack seems likely, then I don't mind taking a beating, and if its something that D.C. would act violently to, I'd run it by the other guy and we'd find a balance. I would never make someone else look like a chump to get myself over. Sometimes it just feels like people just don't get what I'm going for... which takes it back to that last paragraph about working my way back up...

And just to end it off. I never said Creative couldn't hold any titles, as long as you guys RP like crazy and prove to people that your the one to beat, you should carry a title... But I will go on record, saying that Enforcer, doesn't deserve to carry that title. At all.

OK PWC i will get back to you in the feedback thread.

But you have a great chance. If you are not happy then i would just RP again, you have the time to do that.

GM is not in the show, I certainly he should be involved going into the KFAD, is there any way that we can get a segment in? I have ideas for it but what i want to happen has implications, so i obviously need to have it OK'd.

I have PM'd Iscy about a possible development for GM, so I wait for him to get back to me on that.

I like the card, the two qualifiers are very intriguing! The tag match is also interesting; i hope the champs show up...

The grudge could be epic and I want to write that if that is OK! (Somebody PM if that is OK!)

And the number one contenders match could be great; any justice will see a three way between those two and Gus at some point.

Final Thoughts: This is the last time I'm going to address this situation, and I kindly want everyone to take notice. Its the last thing that will (or should) be said.. and any further address on this situation, without prior approval, will be met with being deleted.. and could result in an infraction, for disobeying the rules.

D.C., to answer your question.. no, noone thought or assumed that the situation regarding Disasterpiece winning and losing the World Championship would cause this many people to throw a tantrum. I'm sorry to make it sound like you're all acting like babies, but the truth is.. you are.

We on creative tried putting together a surprise, not just for DP, but for the entire e-fed as a whole. WE thought it was going to be received with a collective group of thanks, and taken as a great show of respect. Instead, all we've truly got in return is a lot of people complaining merely because it wasn't them being the guy who was the first to defeat the Champion.

Look, I'll even admit the storyline situation regarding Joseph Rios (not Enforcer, but his character) went too far with him holding the Championship. Thats agreed upon and accepted. However, for people to throw a fit over us playing out a storyline, for the overall product of the e-fed, to attempt making the show unique, fun, and enjoyable.. it was met with a huge failure.. all because people throw tantrums, again, all because they see it as creative passing the top Championship around to who they want it to go to. Which is utterly and simply B.S. If thats the theory you wish to use, then so be it.. but don't attempt spreading rumors of those kind around.. for everyone else to become naive in thinking they're true.

D.C., everything I've said regarding you is what I've felt to be the truth. And I'd fight very hard to hopefully keep you as a member of this e-fed.. but I have to be truthfully honest, regardless of how great an Rper I see you as being.. you're one guy, and even if you as one guy cause a "downfall" of multiple others that follow you out the door (if you decide to leave) I'm no longer going to feel as if I need to give you or anyone else special treatment, just to make you happy.

When you signed up, when everyone signed up to join this e-fed. You did it under the guidelines and rules of the e-fed. In there, I'm more than sure it explains that Creative will hold the best interest of the entire group. I can fully assure you, I am on creative and I have had nothing but the up-most respect for everyone and have worked my butt off trying to give each of you what you wanted. The only thing I ever asked in return, was to be capable of creating unique storylines, fun storylines, and an overall show that could be viewed as great.

But in return, all I get are complaints because of select things we do. While opinions are fine, and complaints are acceptable.. the moaning and continuous on-going over the situation that to me was handled and dealt with yesterday, is uncalled for..

That is why I'm asking for everything to be dropped. I've apologized to you & David both, respectfully. Furthermore, I felt that creative as a whole have already apologized for the DP storyline.. in which to be honest we shouldn't of had to, period.

In Closing: I'm tired of drama filling this e-fed. We've been threatened to be shut down on multiple occasions, because too many people get too serious and too blown up over situations. Its not worth it, and all this is.. is a mere storyline that went badly.

Did anyone on creative set-out to disrespect anyone else? Obviously not. Did anyone on creative intentionally hold down those we've seen as top talent? Hell no. Were miscommuications and misunderstandings made? Absolutely. Can we move on and overcome this? I feel we can.

But if you, (D.C.) or anyone else feel that this situation is just too much for you to handle.. then I'm sorry. But from this point on, a line clear and dark, will be drawn on how we handle these types of situations. Complaining is fine and we ask for what you feel is being done wrong. But what we don't ask for, is the disrespect in how its voiced to us. And within the passed couple of days, I've seen nothing but the people who've voiced being upset.. voice it in a disrespectful manner.

Come to us in private. Or be professional in explaining you felt the situation was done wrongly.. at which point, naturally, someone will ask what you mean. But do not blatantly come out and say we're A.) Holding talent down. Or, B.) Passing title(s) amongst creative, or creative's personal friends.

I'm through with this situation. If ANYONE feels the need to complain, from now on do it in a private manner with Isy (as hes the talent relations guy now) or anyone else on creative you feel you can come to. Either way, the situation would likely make its way back to all members of creative if its a major situation.

"I" will personally promise each of you that I won't lie, or hide anything from you. I would hope all of you know how hard I work.. and you'd take that as a sign of respect from myself to each of you that I only intentionally have each of your best interests at heart, as far as this e-fed goes.

So one last time, one final time.. please.. drop the situation, and lets all move on.

Tonight, I umpired the best game I have ever umpired. I can count on one hand the amount of calls that were questionable (not a lot AT ALL for Little League), and I have ZERO calls that I regret. I was very pleased with the way I called the game and with the consistency of my strike zone.

That being said, it was also the game in which I was yelled at the most by parents and coaches. Why? Because I made calls against their team. They legitimately thought my calls were wrong, but they were clearly biased from their team's participation in the game. Not all parents and coaches are this way, but tonight's crowd was a perfect example of such.

My point? People are going to disagree all the time. No one sees eye to eye because everyone sees things from a different angle. Most of the parents and coaches remarks about my "terrible" balls and strikes calls were made from an angle in which they could have had no idea where the ball crossed the plate. But in the heat of the moment, they expressed their frustrations. I could have also expressed my frustration in the heat of the moment, and ejected a bunch of people from the game. But instead, I stayed cool, and determined that I didn't want to climb up that tree. I was there to make sure that the kids had a good time and a fair game...not to bicker with overly competitive parents.

So that is what I'm asking you all to do. Realize what is TRULY important here, and also realize that you might not be able to see the "strike zone" from your vantage point.

I have other things to address after Raw.

I need to know who would be interested in writing matches, either for this show, long-term, or both.

Please send me a PM, and include the number of matches that you can write. Thanks!

Awesome show it looks like it will be guys.

First off, quick questions. Can I post a thread that will be my introduction RP. Like how Will for example started with the thread "A star is coming". My idea is "Can you hear the Thunder?" And I will use that as an introduction for my character into the fed.

On another note I read your RP Will, and it's great.

Finally, Ricky. I wouldn't mind doing writing for the show, but I'd like to get a feel for the fed first.

My post was made to inform people of what my stand point was. But yet you take that one little question, take it out of context... bash me for throwing a "tantrum". And they say "lets all move on."

I didn't mean that question to be an asshole, I said it right there before I asked it. It did paint a bad picture, regardless if one person or more felt that way is not my call to make. I said MY point of view (in regards to Ricky's post). I told you in private that I was staying. I wasn't throwing a tantrum, if I was throwing a tantrum, I would have said "I should have beaten Enforcer." But I never even said that. I don't care who beat him. I did care how they beat him. But no one could beat him before this whole situation is bad. And in my opinion, a match, that had no RPs, a mild set up, and what appeared to be a favor, was in bad taste.

Thats all I have said, and thats all I will ever say. Stop saying I was throwing a tantrum because I'm not pissed that it wasn't ME that beat Rios.

Re-read that post I made, and you'll see where I was coming from. Don't look at the part you want to look at.

In the immortal words of Ron Simmons

DAMN!!

I have to say, I can understand both sides to the championship "scandal". Personally I found it very honorable and quite a shock to the show. It definately got me! I do see DC's and others point about build up but I also see creative's side of shock value.

My question is this? Is there a way maybe to use the WZCW.com section more. My suggestion would be something like this.

Have someone, anyone who's willing, give them another moniker then their normal sign on name (if this is possible) and have them be a "reporter" you know throwing up rumors, news notes, things like that through out the weeks leading to Meltdown or PPV's.

I think a good example would have been the Gus promo. On WZCW.com you could've had a story about how GUS wasn't going to be wrestling on Meltdown but is still rumored to be attending. Or you could have someone "reporting" that DP was going to be on the show. To keep it regular and even you could even have people throw up "false" rumors so that way not everything you read is spoiling the show. Sort of a Wrestlezone style site set up for just WZCW.

I hope that made a little sense.

In closing I want to say that I'm glad this is over, that people are staying and that hopefully WZCW is stronger for having gone through this. They say you get stronger when you go through adversity. Together we'll make this thing the best it can be. Everyone who's here makes this an enjoyable and fun enviroment and I for one would like to thank everyone from creative on down for that. This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of "real" life.

Take care everyone and remember Everest is still coming for his Title.

I would love to do this and I am sure i have mentioned it before!

We could have rumours about it being DP's last show and how would it be celebrated!

We could have done a similar thing to do with the Gus - Heidi reunion! Have a bit of doubt cast over events and conversation resulting from it, while still keeping us all involved and creative would be in the knowledge of the actual events.

I would love to be involved with this part of the fed in particular!

I actually run the WZCW.Com news, and I'm happy for people to send in rmuors and such to me directly. i'll then put edits and work them, and do a WZCW.Com news page once a week, if people like that?

=I=

My post was made to inform people of what my stand point was. But yet you take that one little question, take it out of context... bash me for throwing a "tantrum". And they say "lets all move on."

First and foremost you are honestly pushing the limit on what I'm kindly asking everyone, including those in creative to do. Both you and Ricky decided to further this situation. I have no clue what Ricky was originally going to say but I'm sure he was trying to level everything out to have it mulled over.

D.C., I don't mean to call you out on throwing a fit.. but look, plan and simple.. explain to me how it doesn't look that way, when you said yourself you wanted to give your opinion on how bad and awful it looked.. but personally bad mouthing the way creative did things.

I don't mind you said those things, but I mind you said them in such a public manner, when you knew nothing of the situation. You opted to run your mouth and make a scene out of the whole thing, instead of coming to us over such a major issue, in private.

You and I talk on a personal level, and I'd like to think you'd trust me to take care of things and make them right. But I take this as such a disrespectful event, when I'm having someone cause a scene by making such a huge deal out of this.. when noone else felt it would've been anything of the sort.

I'm not meaning you persay on the whole "I'm upset "I" did beat Rios" issue. That was the feeling I got from others. And I'm not going into it because I want this situation over. The show is behind us, it WILL NOT get reversed or edited, and we WILL move on from it.

Thats the whole point "I" was trying to make in my post. By explaining I see a lot of you throwing fits over this, instead of coming to us in private about how upset you were on this.. instead, we get call-outs on how biased Creative looks. When that couldn't be further from the truth.

However, when one person speaks their mind, you often get a lot of others following in line agreeing. Whether they even had that big of an issue with it or not. They just see someone who is as "big" as you (D.C.) in this e-fed, and back that person thinking.. "Well, if he thinks it, it must be true."

The bottomline and ALL I have been trying to do, is correct this error.. as NOONE on Creative and apparently even some in the non-creative positions felt it was that big of an issue. I'm fine with those of you hating it, and feeling it was awful. I'm even fine with the assumptions, as if you don't know either way you will think what you want.

But I'm asking everyone, if its an issue as big as this, before you run off at the mouth.. make sure what you're running off with, is real. Accusing Creative in any manner of being dishonest and biased is a huge offense to all of us who put this whole thing together. Thats all I'm saying, show some respect for those of us who try to support this entire thing and give the best storylines and fun events we can.

This.. this is where I was going for the whole Disasterpiece storyline.

Will,

I managed to get on and see the show you guys did. I would like to show deep gratitude for what you, Enforcer, and Ricky have done for me. It really meant so much to me to just know that I held the gold for only a few hours of a show. Knowing the reality that I might not return in REAL LIFE to ever get a chance at it again.

Eventhough you guys caught a lot of flack for it from the non-staff members, I want you to know that it PERSONALLY makes me feel better knowing that my service and sacrifice over here is not in vain or unappreciated. If it makes you feel just as good that you did something for a servicemember facing war for the 2nd time in 3 years, then it doesnt matter if people want to complain.

As a matter of fact, as you know, Ricky and I both have been in the WZCW winning titles and being showcased in highlight reels years before you all even knew it existed. So to say that Ricky and I haven't payed our dues or been in long enough is terribly false. On that note, If people are complaining about me being the 2nd WZCW Champ . . . sorry, but there have been others before Rios' time.

Thank you for pulling this together for me.

Proudly serving you my friend,

-Staff Sergeant Michael Maggi

The guy, regardless of how any of you see him in this subject.. was simply asking for something special because as low as an "e-fed" means to most people.. it meant something to him. Hes fighting for our country (those of you who live in America, anyways) and hes risking his life.

I doubt seriously running one tribute show, that will likely be forgotten by most of you in a month or so, will hurt or kill us. Unless the crap over it continues to drag us down.

I'm asking, and I'm almost pleading with a lot of you.. just move on. We have a new card up, and the next show is already underway. We're working hard at trying to upgrade everything on how the overall product is done.. including a more solid 90/10 approach to Rps over storylines. How will it workout in the end? Thats up to each of you, as its your job to Rp and show us what you have. So please do just that.

Instead of spending any amount of time continuing to complain, take your frustration out in your Rps, against your opponents. Or even better yet, just focus on what you should be focused on.. and that is, your characters and their direction. You wanna go somewhere? Then prove it. RP YOUR BUTTS OFF! Thank You.

Iscariot,

My apologies I didn't realize you ran the WZCW.com board, I could have come straight to you with that Idea. Good to know for future reference though :)

Take care
Everest

That is great that he got on, that must have taken ages from over there!

I am glad that he liked the show. Honestly I feel that we were simply surprised at the switch. I think adapting the WZCW.com to "leak" things like that would work well.

Like Michigan, i was not aware that you had complete control over that Iscy. I hope we can help you get that part working to great effect

I've now opened the "Voices: Be Heard!" thread. Keep in mind that spamming is NOT allowed, so please understand that carefully.. as it could result in an infraction, otherwise.

The objective is to read everyone's RPs.. then give feedback on their match. Explain what you feel could happen in the match, what you might like to see happen, etc. Try to wait until each opponent puts forth an RP, that way you can give a feedback from both sides. Thank You.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me where this show is coming from, as I can't write my show untill I know. Actually, I really only need to know if we're still going to be in Canada or not.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me where this show is coming from, as I can't write my show untill I know. Actually, I really only need to know if we're still going to be in Canada or not.

I know for a fact its not still in Canada. Its in the U.S.

Everyone watch the spamming. People can see that your RP is up as it says that it is in the RP thread. That goes for EVERYBODY. If you want to announce that you wrote your RP, do it at the end of something more elaborate. It just gets laborious to tread through a bunch of posts:

"My RP is up."

"Please give feedback on my RP."

"El Guerrero is king of the world."

J/K, you won't be in trouble for that last one...but seriously.

Furthermore, only one guy has replied saying he would write. That = show taking forever to get done. PM me, foos.

I just posted my RP, I am happy with it and don't need to post a 2nd, although I might anyways, if I have time. And also a 2nd note... My computer reset halfway through formating it, so I had to do all that twice. It sucked pretty hairy nuts.
