WZCW Discussion Thread

Damnit, Ty, how'd you lose?
Ahh well, congrats to Phoenix for the win. Also, couldn't be happier to see the tag title curse is still in effect.

I went up against a ridiculously good RP? Phoenix knocked it out of the park I'm not gonna lie. Big congrats to him, I know he had that planned for a whole year.

What conspiracy? The conspiracy over Stantime's lose of the tag team titles due to my partners betrayal. No where in the rules does it say I am eliminated when I or my partner puts me through a table, only the opponents can put you through a table to get eliminated. I am so outraged about the decision I would demand my rematch instantly if I didn't want to Final Act my partner so much.....

In all seriousness though, the only true story in all this is the victory Big Dave had over Ty Burna to win the WZCW Heavyweight Championship. Congratulations Phoenix, I'm sure I'm not alone in saying this has been a long time coming for you and few deserved the shot more.

And speaking of people giving their feedback on Unscripted.

You should all go to this thread where you can give your reviews on Unscripted. Tell us on creative how we did and maybe what we could've done. We love to hear feedback

I started writing out my feelings for the show in here but instead decided to put it in the show review thread. They might be a little mixed up and disorganized.

Davey Richards is awesome.

See that's why I said it. Davey Richards is one of those guys that people either get or don't, and I'm on the "don't" side. But obviously other people see it, so I'm n ot going to begrudge them for it. Congrats on retaining, man.

I'm still buzzing, I really am amazed this has happened now. I'm the fricking World Heavyweight Champion! It's been a long path, but finally hit the big time. Congrats to everyone on the show, and also to my opponents, they really did give it their all and couldn't have asked for better opponents.

I feel incredibly hard done by. Not because I didn't win the title, that's fine; but you had me speek! I am silent and mysterious; the second I open my mouth I just become some douche in a Halloween costume.

EDIT: Oh, and I got swept away this weekend on a surprise trip to tolerate relatives. I shall commence doing that feedback immediately.

So last year I was the first up to take a shot at Ty.

This year, I'm the first up to take a shot at Big Dave.

This is going to be fun. And challenging.

I'd like to get some feedback up on the show, but I have RP feedback I've promised first. If I don't get to it, I'd like to say thanks and great work to Ty for making Saboteur and I both look like a million bucks.

Gelg's FB manages to make me feel like crap but he at least has a point and I know that wasn't his goal.

At least I've got a while once the wedding is over this weekend to think about it. On a beach somewhere. In Portugal. Can't wait.

Wish I had gotten to him soon enough. That's the kind of detailed feedback I wanted with this round.

Loved the idea that part of Barbosa was afraid of heights. It fits in with his multi-faceted character. Some really brutal clashes that left the winner completely unable to cash in, despite the rather clever mention from the commentators. The finish might have been a little OTT as a twenty foot Doppelgänger would have killed a normal man, not to mention a 550 pound behemoth.

It'll be interesting to see where Barbosa goes from here. The combination of Gordito, Ty and Big Dave in the WHC picture sees a lot of old ground to be revisted.

Cruz got screwed!

Saboteur is surprisingly okay with not winning at Unscripted. I've been told he's been Leo Strutting all around town these days. I think it's because by losing, this frees him up to soak his katanas with Ty Burna's blood.

Doc, good show feedback, but wish you had expanded on your comment about writing matches in the same style, which matches you liked, didnt like and why etc
Wish I had gotten to him soon enough. That's the kind of detailed feedback I wanted with this round.
Sure it was detailed but.....I dont know. I knew a few days ago we were losing and I'm just trying to figure out how we can get the next step. His was the most brutal FB and more negative than what anyone else had said to me. And while he hit some good spots, I still have to filter through to figure out what will help.
