Guys, please use your genius to create a graphic for this. I'd like something that includes some police lights or a similar idea. And if it isn't too much trouble, I'd like a separate graphic with a similar idea just for me

Actually, that light is there, in the background of both of them. It's what's emitting the lights and colors.
