Dark Match Jobber
okay here i go my 2nd Post here

So if You look At Raw And SD,Were constantly getting The same people in the ME Tittle Matches SD for exaple, Randy V Christian, like 5 times?

On Raw,it Went Cm Punk vs Cena(c) Then Cena(c) vs Punk(c) Then It went to Del Rio(C)v Cena,Then Cena V Del Rio vs Punk,,and ect you all got the point by now,

Now in My opinion Wwe Has Many people who Can Give Entertaining Matches,They just down Give them The shot, You Saw Ziggler V Cena back when Punk First joined nexus, That match would have been Great for the Tittle and in a PPV,R-truth Vs Cena was honestly Good(IMO) Wade v Orton, although that happend but was overshadowed by Cena causing him the match and Miz cashing in moments later,

Now This Thread is clear on subject but not clear on what i would like you all to discuss, pretty much Discuss this broadly on what you would do diffrently and maybe your thoughts on why they dont at least attempt to Mix it up a bit

Guys need to step it up like Punk did. He's in the title scene now because he 'let loose' and kicked ass on the mic.

Now, two people who will surely be in the title scene, next year, will be Dolph and Rhodes. Both are great wrestlers, despite what Slyfox969 thinks of Ziggler, and will get their push.

This is where the lack of depth hurts them. No more Batista, HBK, Edge, Jericho, Taker (part-time) etc. The main event picture is kind of thin.

But to their credit they somehow turned Mark Henry into a credible champion. They are pushing guys like Miz, Sheamus, Rhodes, Del Rio etc. They are trying to build new stars to go along with the Cena and Ortons. It doesn't always work though. Just look at how Swagger title reign failed.

Well having Henry,Miz,Sheamus,Rhodes,Del Rio actually does add to their depth. Yes you don't want to rush it (Swagger) which I hope they don't do to Ziggler or Rhodes. The best thing WWE has going for them with these guys is they're (except Henry) still young and teachable. The depth is there just give it time to mature.

THESE LONG LOST STARS JUST CANT BE REPLACED EVEN AFTER A YEAR WERE THE HELL ARE EDGE HBK TAKER JERICHO BATISTA WE LOST EVEN MORE TO TNA (MOST OF THEM) AND MMA LASHLEY LESNAR OR THEY HAVE PASSED ON OR EVEN RETIRED
BUT WHEN WILL WE SEE SAMOA JOE MATTY MORGAN STYLES ROODE MAZIN RED KAZ HERNANDEZ KENNEDY DUDDLEY LEATHAL EVEN STING IMAGINE WWE INTRODUCING THESE GUYS OVER A YEAR?
WWE IS SO STALE BY NOT RECONISING THESE TALENTS WHO CAN RECEIVE THOSE MAGICAL POPS AND FIT RIGHT IN.

Dude, seriously turn off the caps lock and learn to spell. As far as raiding TNA talent goes there's only one problem and that's the fact that most of these guys are very happy in TNA and do not want to leave I mean look at Bobby Roode do you think he's gonna go from a company that's grooming him to be the next big guy to a place he'll be lost in within a year. Seriously man.

Now onto the question. WWE has plenty of solid midcard talent which they are working to bring up. This happens every decade or so where all the main even talent start to leave and they need to build new ones. The 90's saw Hogan, Savage and many other main event stars retire or go to WCW so HBK, Bret Hart, HHH and Steve Austin stepped up. After they were all stepping back Cena, Orton, Batista, Edge and Jericho stepped up. Now WWE had pretty much only Cena and Orton to work with for awhile but in just the past year CM Punk, Sheamus, Del Rio, Mark Henry, Christian and more recently Rhodes and Ziggler have begun to step up to the main event. Just give it time this time next year the main event will be stable and back where it should be.

I rarely post here but I felt the urge to contribute to this thread. The overall problem with the main event picture is quite simple, it resembles the late 80's early 90's WWF model, where basically it was Hogan.....and then everyone else. The guy never lost, sure Warrior and Savage had a run or two but it was basically Hogan on top....all the time. Even if he wasn't champion he still headlined, take WrestleMania 8 for example. Look at the talent pool that the WWF had back then, Rude, Jake the Snake, DiBiase, Savage, Sid, Piper, Mr. Perfect, Flair (for a hot minute), etc... All these guys were pretty fantastic on the mic and in the ring, but never got over Hogan. Eventually Hogan's hero routine got so worn out that when he cost Sid the Royal Rumble he was getting booed right out of the building.

I see the same thing happening with the WWE of today, where it's Cena, and then everyone else(you could throw Orton in there as well with being the poor mans Smackdown Cena) Here you have/had a collection of guys that are solid performers but haven't been given equal footing with Cena/Orton. Miz, Barret, Morrison, Punk, Truth, Kennedy, Mysterio, Rhodes, DiBiase, Christian, etc... Think about it, Miz beat Cena at WM but was overshadowed the entire time by both Cena and the Rock. Christian had the title for a few hours before they pushed Orton to moon (again) and lost it. It's almost like the WWE only wants one or two "faces" of the company and everyone else is the flavor of the month.

But lets look at the attitude era, sure you had The Rock, and Stone Cold, but then you had Triple H, Undertaker, Kurt Angle, Mick Foley, and Chris Jericho that were given just as many chances. Everyone of these guys headlined at least one WrestleMania, had one or more runs as WWF/E champion. Sure it was Austin v.s. The Rock a lot of the time but it seemed very balanced to me as to the amount of spotlight they gave their top guys. Now I don't want to Cena bash, but this guy has been using the same gimmick since WM 20, and has headlined more Pay Per Views then any of the other guys mentioned earlier combined. While it's obvious that he's still very popular with certain demographics he's been getting booed for a good 5-6 years on a regular basis in certain cities, New York, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, etc... The Super Cena routine has gotten old, it will run its course eventually just like Hulkamania did in the 90's. Hopefully by then the WWE will have given some of the other guys enough push's to level the playing field. Just look at Edge, he was considered a "transitional" champion at first but bust through to the top, and stayed there.

wwe has no competitioon impact wrestling blew it by haveing kurt angle whom i am a fan of pin roode

atleast wwe as bad as it gets does the right thing when it has to

vince is probally happy he let cm punk win the belt

Honestly things seem to be heading in the right direction. You have henry beating orton clean so he's convincing so far and now orton and rhodes. shamus is bound for a huge program probably after christian anyone can see it coming already.

Ryder and Ziggler are getting over and getting alot of tv time and remember they are trying to make the mid card titles relevant and i think they've been doing it slow but effectively. Punk is the type of guy who could be out of the title picture but still be the main focal point of the show much like he's been doing in the past few months. Obviously cena will never go away and yes thats a good thing and I like del rio but he's on thin ice because he hasnt been getting over as champion. Swagger will get his shot soon as vickies stable seems to be getting over. miz and truth are pretty over and they already were as singles stars but im glad they teamed up because both of them were in danger of being overshadowed by punk and cena and hhh.

kane may return with a vengeance (not talkin the ppv but hey who knows) air boom is helping the tag division and I like it, wade barret is bound for success, mason ryan will probably shoot up the mid card real quick so yeah I see what you mean I just honestly like the picture (for now) ao lets see how mania turns out and after that then if its still the same we have a problem..

vinces not giving other wrestlers a push.alot of wrestlers have good talents. look at shelton benjamin before he was released he could of been a good champion but vince didn't give him that push

He was a 3-time IC Champion, 2-time tag-team champion and a 1-time US champion. How much more could he be pushed?
As far as main-event push is concerned, he simply did not have the charisma and drawing ability to make it to the main event. He was a mid-carder at best.
