WWE & TNA both screwed the pooch with Rhino

Everyone knows that Rhyno has been in ECW, WWE & TNA. Out of those 3 companies only ECW every knew what to do with Rhyno.

In ECW Rhyno is a 1 time ECW World Champion and a 2x ECW World Television Champion. HE was the top guy in the company before it folded He held both the World and TV titles when ECW went out of business in 2001.

In the WWE he won the WCW US title and the Hardcore title (Woohoo :disappointed:) He was also the Lackey (for lack of a better term) of Edge and Christian helping them win matches. Lets not forget his short stint as a Member of The Alliance before he needed time of for Surgery. He never amounted to anything which confuses me. He has the look & the power that Vince likes.

In TNA he held the NWA World Heavyweight Championship for less than 2 weeks. After that he had a few high profile feuds with Christian, Planet Jarrett and Team Angle. These weren't that good and everything else he was a part of sucked.

The problem with Rhino is that he sucks. He's bland in the ring, boring on the stick, and once the bell rings, if he's not squashing someone, he's not entertaining.

Both TNA and WWE had the right idea with Rhino. You use him as a short time filler, to charge up the crowd. That's what he's good for, and that's how you use him.

Someone finally agrees with me. All you have to do is wait for the crowd to make what little noise they make during his matches and move out of the way of The Gore. He couldn't really make it in 2 companies after ECW. It's not always the bookers fault.

He doesn't suck, He's not boring in the ring if he's allowed to do his thing. Put him in the ring with someone equally powerful and I'm sure they can have a good match. H's had manger's before why not give him another one to do all the talking. That's the way he's been booked his entire WWE & TNA career but that's just not true. If given the time he could have a good match.

He's good for so much more, ECW had the right idea give him a title and have people chase after whatever title he has and he could do very good.

Except in this case it is the booker's fault. Vince has proven time and time again that if you made it big outside WWE he will not push past lower mid-card/jobber status (The exception being RVD). TNA messes up everything so it doesn't surprise me he's going no where in that company

Ok, ok, he blows.

Whatever.

Yes he is.

You're right, you obviously know more about good wrestling than TNA and WWE.

The reason they don't give him a lot of time is because he'd blow it. He sucks, get used to it.

Good point, right Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, Booker T, Sid Vicious, Big Show, Curt Henning, Scott Hall, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Roddy Piper, Steiner Brothers, Legion of Doom, etc.?

TNA messes up everything
I know what you mean! Curse them and their rising profits, rising ratings, increased visibility, and more interesting characters!

Yeah have to agree with Sly here. Rhyno was a poor man's Goldberg, just not as interesting. His whole offense was based on hitting on big move. Other than that he was just a tough guy. He was fine around something like the US or IC titles, but never as a world champion or anything like that. It's the curse of ECW: for the most part, guys taht are big over there aren't going to mean much elsewhere. Save for Van Dam, the Dudleyz and very arguably Raven and Tazz, most of the other guys are just nothing in other companies. Rhyno is no exception. He has one exciting move in his arsenal and that's it. They didn't screw up. They saw what he was worth and they handled him properly.

er yea, Rhyno sux. Look at the guys arms, they look absolutely fucking stupid. How can you take someone with little ass arms like that seriously? you cant Milenko. you cant. He DOES suck in the ring. I dont think I have ever been entertained by a Rhyno match. and fuck knows he was on every damn show twice during 2002 and 2003. He is a kidney spot on all the shows I watch from that era. I find nothing at all interesting about him. Aparrently no one else does either.

I liked the rhyno vs. Sandman fude near the end of ECW. I loved when he put sandmans wife threw a table.

Anyway Heyman's theory was that you accentuate the positives and hide the negatives. That's what WWE and TNA both failed to do I feel.
