WWE Survivor Series 2015 - Bad Moon Rising

KB you having a problem with your site. Went to read the review and got a white page.

EDIT: I'll try again in a few minutes, might just be busy or something.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that Sheamus is anything more than a transitional champion. The problem here is Reigns. This isn't going to make more people cheer him and it's not going to make people have sympathy towards him. The fans simply do not like this version of him and having him pin the popular Ambrose isn't fixing that.

Maybe Sheamus as a corporate champion is the best way to fix his issue. Dude can go in the ring but can't connect with the crowd. Let the authority get the heat for him and have him do his work in the ring.

Thing is, programming has been sucking for quite a while as there is nothing to really and truly 'catch the eye'. By doing what they did tonight, it really felt like "F*** You!" to me for having anticipation for a shake-up before the big names return.
Also, poor Ambrose, I expect that he'll resume the sidekick gimmick tomorrow night once again.

This is another good reason why I hate that stupid briefcase: it's their cure all for whatever problem they have and it got old eight years ago.

Yes it does. You have to suspend disbelief so much too. I mean since the match doesn't start until you officially cash it in, why don't you bring a weapon and beat the living crap out of the guy first?

Their get out of jail card in the MiTB.

Then again I have wanted to see Sheamus Vs Lesnar for a wile. Smash mouth fuck fest.

Given up on Reigns, WWE is killing him.

It's more than just not liking this version of him. They liked him fine when he was with the Shield, since they broke up though, it's been a mixed reaction. Fans either like him or they don't, and I have no idea how they are going to fix this. God knows it's not like they haven't tried. They pushed him far too soon and too quickly, and now they're going to try again.

Just don't know when they are going to say, it's not working and look elsewhere. I like Reigns, I'm just wondering if making him WHC champ right now is the right thing to do.

Sheamus has won the title four times and all four times I've thought WTF.

The Cena falls into the table.
The Nexus fuck shit up.
Daniel Bryan's 18 seconds.
This.

I remember the theory at the time was that Sheamus stuffed up falling off the top rope and missed the table on the outside. Both men were supposed to go through tables at the same time and the match would be a draw.

Then everyone realised the table that Sheamus fell near had already been knocked over several minutes before the final spot.

It's not even that they don't like him! They're just still bitter over the mess that was last year and want WWE to give them free reign to let out their frustration for at least a little while against their chosen scapegoat.

Sheamus is a good worker. If you can ignore the booking and character(both of which have been weak, I agree) and just focus on the actual MATCH.....yeah, it could be good.

Sheamus is good in the ring. It's a damn shame his character has always been so corny and that he's been booked so weakly in this heel run(which should be WAY better than it has been to date).
I don't think you're getting it. Rating are at an all time low. Tons of main event talent is injured or out. So WWE decides to put their money not in any of the 4 wrestlers with some semblance of star power. But on the one who earlier this very night had an entire match dedicated to make him look like an utter joke. How's that gonna fill house shows? How's that gonna keep ratings from sinking more? How's that gonna garner interest? Good wrestling matches? We had that already with the other guys and ratings were still sinking.

This is stupid. Nothing about Sheamus has any sense of productivity. They just shat on the only 2 credible main event guys they had left with a shitty match and then taking the title from the winner. This isn't gonna create sympathy for Roman. It's way too transparent. People can see right through the bullshit.

Yet the very same fans will whine that the WWE can't build stars, but when the WWE actually tries it, they shit all over it.

It's impossible to do anything when your crowd is a giant circle jerk.

The solution is simple: turn him heel then when he's the same awesome guy he is now, they'll turn him back. The result is the same and the fans believe they decided he was awesome. It worked with Rock and it worked with Orton.

However hard they try, Reigns at best will garner a 60-40 reaction from most crowds as a Babyface. People who continue to cry out for a heel turn can see such clearly.

Basically Babyface Roman Reigns is Superman and an Underdog rolled into one, that more than anything tells you why he has failed so badly as a babyface. Pity, it isn't due to a lack of hard work/improvement on his part given he has come a long long way since Mania.

I don't mind Sheamus in the ring, I think he's passable and sometimes even pretty good. I just don't give a shit about him.

The booking is absolutely appalling. This guy has been booked as a joke and suddenly he's the top-guy in the company. Why am I supposed to consider him a credible champion? The final four have all given me reason to care as they've put on fine matches, and they all seem like legitimate threat and could be fine champions but they give it to a guy who hasn't meant shit. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, he could end up being a fine transitional champion. However it's hard caring about the guy after these past months

Umm....all I said was that Sheamus was a good worker, and that the actual MATCH(how ya like them all caps for EMPHASIS?) would probably be good. Pure brutal, physical HOSS FEST(more emphasis for your Australian ass).

I think you're mad because I told you to get off my dick because you're trying to "get me" by bringing up things that are irrelevant to what I said and then getting on your soap box.

All I said is that the match would probably be good. Chill out, mate.

As I've stated before; they should have never taken the title off Lesnar. Lesnar could have carried that championship until Wrestlemania 32 all the while the WWE could have built up their next star to face him. Or give it to Cena and have him go on another long reign.

Let's give Reigns a break though, this was supposed to originally be Reigns finally getting Rollins back. The WWE just did not have a major heel to go with, and decided Sheamus is the guy for some weird reason.

Get rid of the MITB as well.

I know. But it's not gonna do any good for Raw and fans are just not gonna care. All at the expense of guys who people were starting to care for.

Didn't even see it until you pointed it out. And you do realize I can ban you the same way KB did the guy harassing you earlier tonight, right?

I still think that regardless of this being a Reigns vs Rollins match, that Sheamus still would have cashed in.

As long as Reigns won the match... I don't think he would have had the audacity to cash-in on the corporate prince.
I would have loved to see Rollins beat him despite the cash-in though, proving again that he really is the man.
