WWE Money In The Bank 2016 LD

That was just perfect. Like I said, it would've gone against everything Ambrose stands for to not completely ruin that moment for Seth.

I just scared the hell out of my husband when I yelled. OMG this is the greatest ending to a PPV in a long time. Ambrose wins the title. All three Shield guys champ in one night. HOLY SHIT.

Bring on the Shield three way.

Entertaining show overall.

It's another one that has me interested in RAW tomorrow to see what all happens.

Plus we don't have this whole "Will he or won't he" cash in the briefcase thing that gets old.

two questions?

does that hold the record for quickest Cash In?

Does that beat the record of 11 seconds from Deisel/backlund or has that already been broken?

I was behind because of the game and had Ambrose's win spoiled on Twitter, but still... wow. This is all so interesting.

One other thing of note: Becky Lynch gets betrayed a lot. Sasha, Paige, Charlotte, and now Natalya. She may want to consider adopting Stone Cold's mantra of D.T.A.

I can't believe I actually managed to avoid all spoilers. What an awesome day.

Notes from the show having not read what anyone else has said yet.

The Tag team match was good, but I definitely noticed that two of those teams (Enzo and Cass and the VV) aren't quite up to snuff with the others just yet. They missed a couple of cues that made some spots look awkward.

Totally skipped right by the BC/DZ, Sheamus/Crews, and women's matches other than seeing the finish because I just didn't care.

Aj/Cena left a bit to be desired but I'm kind of glad. Cena and Owens blew their wad on the first match and as a result the other two didn't hold up as well. I think the rematches will be better.

The main event was killer. Reigns going down as clean as you can really hope for was a surprise. The cash in was predictable but it was the most I ever wanted something predictable to happen. Dean Ambrose as champion. What a day.

Very good show. Not the best MITB ever though.

So Seth goes over clean only to be cashed in on seconds later and Ambrose is the new champion.

Jesus...

Tomorrow's Raw is going to be nuts.

How do you get by Battleground though? I'm not saying there isn't a way, I'm just looking for ideas.

well, both Reigns and Rollins have their rematch clause. Some sort of messed up booking(a 1-on-1 of some sort  ) could make it happen, perhaps?

Hard to think of, atm, but it'd be a huge pity if such a long awaited match with great history is blown at Battleground. That would suck big time.

Also, I am curious as to how they get around the brand split business, surely, all 3 guys won't end up on the same brand, right?

Legitimately, the story of the Shield has got to be one of the greatest long-term angles of all time. It's been three and a half years of magic with these guys, and it feels like it's only getting started.

And the brilliance of it all is that because the feud features 3 guys instead of 2, there are so many more ways to keep it fresh.

And finally, the magnificence of Dean Ambrose cashing-in on Rollins during his huge moment was just... Wow. How funny is it that the Money in the Bank contract is as big a part of their long-term feud as the world title itself?

Same here man. I spent last night watching Game 7 and then had homework. I even was on WZ a few times checking the Finals thread and managed to not glance at the JavaScript headlines at the top or see any thread titles. Well worth it because I was truly shocked and extremely thrilled!

For the record, I've seen Enzo, Cass and The Vaudevillains in matches twice that pacy and complex with no slip-ups. New Day and The Club looked just as lost. A match with eight men and convoluted rules is rarely going to end well.
