This is probably going to be a rather methodical, technically sound wrestling match. Both of these guys know what they're doing in the ring so the match will probably be good, but at the end of the day it will be filler. Why will it be filler? Because there's no story or angle to the match, and no one seems to even know why they have a grudge. It's a shame too because these characters could potentially work well together in a feud but there doesn't seem to be any creative effort being put into it.
This is a good example of what's hurting the WWE right now. When you have a pay-per-view, you should have a card of about 8 matches, all of which are announced for the show ahead of time and have a storyline behind them. This is called GENERATING INTEREST. Sure, Del Rio and Orton will probably be a well executed match, but no one will care because there's no angle or build-up to it. The build-up is what sells a wrestling match, the match itself isn't the selling point. The WWE right now has a 3 hour RAW, 2 hour SmackDown, plus Saturday Morning Slam and WWE Main Event which each add another hour. With a total of 7 hours of programming each week they still can't build-up any feuds for a pay-per-view outside of the main event matches, if that. The WWE is basically like a TV show or movie that just has mindless action and special effects but with no story or character-development, and that's what makes it boring.
