WWE Council of War

Judgment Day 2003 has one of the most appalling looking cards I've ever seen. I'd imagine the one match that even remotely appeals to me, Lesnar/Show, was pretty subpar.

Cena vs. Lesnar is worth watching. It's a shame because there was so much potential for that to be THE feud of the next decade.

You look back at some of those brand exclusive PPV cards and you just gotta think, what the FUCK were they thinking?

2004 as a whole seems a big pile of meh. I already own WrestleMania and Backlash, and it would appear they're pretty much the only highlights. I'll get the Rumble, I suppose.

This exercise has made me despise Triple H and JBL all over again. *****.

Using Amazon's Universal Wish List feature to put items from Silvervision.co.uk onto my Wish List has deleted all my previous Wish Lists. How am I meant to remember what I wanted now?

Batista never lost to Triple H if I remember right.

I loved the brand split ppv's in theory. It allowed proper build up for some pay per view matches. I always remembered that the week of a Raw pay per view, Smackdown would have some sort of supershow, and vice versa.

The Brand Split PPV's probably should've been similar to In Your House events. 2 Hours with a reduced price. I mean I don't really want to pay full price for such highlights as Bob Holly vs. Mordecai.

Good RUmble that year

Uh, just throwing this out there, since it was brought up about my idea earlier....

Chris Benoit is all over this DVD, like blatantly. As in "Chris Benoit come on down"

Music plays, he comes out "hey its Chris Benoit"

Also, watching this segment from Nitro were they did this big ol huge ridiculous cry baby reformation of the 4 horsemen that lead to absolutely nothing :lmao:

Chris Benoit, oh that guy that worked for WCW. We here at the WWE never had him in our company.

Undertaker in 2002 was fucking awful. Are we still talking about that? We are now.

Honestly I really just hate the Undertaker. The guy was total shit in the ring for the large majority of his career, and he makes Triple H look like the most willing guy to put over his opponents in the history of wrestling in comparison to the ridiculous bury-jobs he's been responsible for. Quite possibly the most overrated wrestler of all time come to think of it.

What? It most certainly did not lead to "nothing", it lead to Ric Flair as champion, and as WCW President, and the Four Horsemen turning heel again and becoming awesome as fuck again because they were able to be dastardly heels like they should have been.

Thinking about The Undertaker/Hardy ladder match in 2002 (I think), I'm actually surprised Hardy didn't get pushed sooner. Instead, he went on to lose to Brock Lesnar alongside his brother in handicap matches.

I still remain enamoured with the Matt Hardy V.1 gimmick for no discernible reason.
