Meh, as I said in the thread for it, if he has no heat as a heel, he sure as shit wont have it as a face, as much as it pains me to say :(

If they move Mcyntire or Barrett, I would fuckin love Sheamus as a tough guy monster face. May be a bit too early for that though.
 
Jack swagger is going to get a rub from the whole King/Cole feud. Just depends on what he does with it afterwards.
 
I don't know Norcs, if Swagger turns on Cole at Extreme Rules and hits him with a Gutwrench Powerbomb, that could give Swagger some face love to carry him for a couple weeks. Making him a super patriotic face almost ensures him some long lasting pops, and then you can build a good character and gimmick from there.

Bringing the Soaring Eagle back as a face mascot would be a damn good idea. Have it run through the crowd like a mascot at a real sporting event, maybe throw t-shirts out into the audience, throw candy to the kids, shit like that. I'd also love to see it dump a bucket of Soaring Eagle poo on Jack Swagger's fallen opponent. Don't tell me for a second you wouldn't mark the fuck out for that.

If he destroys Cole at Extreme Rules, then yeah, he'd get a nice rub. That would be the time to turn him into Kurt Angle 2.0. If Cole wins or Swagger doesn't turn though, this whole feud will have hurt him in the long run.
 
It is a shame. Swagger as Angle reborn is intriguing but he doesnt have the charisma that Kurt does. However i think that is due to confidence.

His title reign last year is honestly one of the biggest jokes of a title reign in wrestling history, not counting people like Vince or Russo winning the belt. He wins the title, and then jobs clean to Undertaker twice in one week, while champion. That'll get him over!

Fucking Undertaker. Respect him for all he's done, but he's buried more people than anyone in this industry has. It's fucking scary. The whole BikerTaker era was basically just four years of Undertaker burying people, killing all of their heat, and refusing to job to new talent. Him and Hunter pretty much single-handedly killed my interest in wrestling around that time.
 
Swagger seems to me to be a cross bread between Angle & Lesnar. Oh and I can think of three wins for Swagger during his reign. One against Morrison, one in a three way with Jericho & Edge and one against Orton.
 
upon further review, the MITB at WM24 might be the best one ever. That shit rocked like fuck, and no botches really. Crowd was gasping the entire time, and a great finish

Gotta disagree there. It's a good match, but not at the top of my MITB list. The first will always be the best in my book, with the second one coming close. The third was also awesome and probably better. WM24's one was definitely better than the ones at WM 25 and 26 though I'd say.

Watching Wrestlemania 19 today. On the Booker T-HHH match. Always liked this match, even though the finish is the biggest bullshit finish to a feud I have EVER seen in my entire life. Poor Booker.
 
23's my favourite MITB. Booker vs. Triple H is a good match. Hunter of course had to run through everyone ever associated with WCW and make sure he made up for the time he missed during the invasion.
 
The ending of Booker and HHH still infuriates me to this day. Literally 30 seconds Booker sold the pedigree before HHH decides to pin him.

I love Mania 24 so much. That entire show was just awesome. I guess I'm the only one that truly hated the mania 23 MITB. 21 is easily the best with 22 right behind.
