WWE Championship Fatal Four Way matchup

If I had to choose between the four it would be Big Show because I can see that opening up the field for potential Main Eventers such as MVP(he said he wanted to get in on the WWE title hunt). If Show wins it, MVP should issue a challenge against him the next week on RAW saying something like "It is my turn to step up to the plate and I am not afraid of some big dummy like the Big Show", Show accepts because he underestimates MVP and we got ourselves a FRESH new feud. MVP could become WWE Champion by SummerSlam and change RAW forever.

It makes perfect sense, the WWE don't want Cena, Trips, or Orton to look weak(by losing to MVP this early), so this is how I think the Fatal 4 Way should go down: HHH and Orton eventually fight into the crowd forgetting about the title match because of their personal hatred towards one another, then Cena is about to Attitude Adjust the Big Show in the ring when Miz comes out and screws him over, giving Show the chance to Knockout Punch or Chokeslam Cena for the victory. Cena will finally start his feud against the Miz, Trips and Orton will finally finish their fucking 5-year long feud in a Cell or something, and Big Show is left with no challengers, which gives MVP the Ball, now that is BALLIN'! Lol. The Big Show is the perfect launching pad to welcome MVP into Main Event Status, after he wins that feud he can get into the bigger, more juicy feuds, against the likes of Orton, Cena, and Triple H, which would officially sky rocket his stardom and become a full time Main Eventer.

Yeah, I know it is just a damn Pipe Dream, but that is just my idea of what can shake up RAW for the better. Chances are Randy will win the title again and Priceless will win the tag titles so they have all the gold, making the previous week totally irrelevant and the ratings will continue to die thanks to the Ratings Killer, Randy Orton!

For fuck's sake WWE, give the belt to Big Show, so others can have a chance at the WWE title!

I think they should put MVP in the mix or have Shawn Michaels come back and just destory Orton, setting up a match that I've wanted to see again. Shawn Michaels and any member of the old Evolution always had great matches (Triple H, Batista, Orton, Flair.)

Have Shawn Michaels win the belt at Summerslam (the ppv where he wrestled his first match in four years at,) and hold it until Wrestlemania, which is supposedly his last match. I want Michaels to have the belt. Forget Cena, Show, HHH, Orton, Hornswoggle, Michael Cole, Goldust, The Miz, Stephanie McMahon, Pete Rose, Jason Sensation, etc.

Shawn Michaels is the most consistent superstar in the business. He's always loved, even when heel (except in Canada,) his song has never changed, his personality has always been the same (except for the little religious tweak.) Other than that, Shawn Michaels has always been the man.

Well considering where on the third PPV in a row as it looks with Cena/Big Show I could see WWE going with Big Show winning the title and having a 6 pack challenger match come The Bash, Orton/HHH/Cena/Big Show/Miz and possibly Cody or Ted Jr being the 6th person to ensure a Orton win, I could be way off target here but that is my guess.

This Main Event like you all said is a waste of a good opportunity for the WWE to make exciting T.V. Well since we aren't going to get a tournament that would allow guys like M.V.P., Kingston, Hardy, or Miz to have strong showings in the main event scene we'll just have to say who should win the match.

My opinion like a lot of yours on here is to go with putting the strap on Big Show! Now is Big Show perfect for the strap? A lot of you think no, but here is my reason why it's perfect.

Big Show still wants a piece of Cena and in Cena's mind he is moving on to bigger and better things. Big Show having the title gives John Cena a reason to have another match with him. Now I agree I don't think Big Show and Cena matches are great but let them have a match at Night of Champions(Or a have them in a WWE title match like the first Night of Champions where any former champions can challenge. Which would be great way for Micheals and a swerve like any past champ to jump shows.). During this match as Cena is about to pull off the Super Human feat of beating the Big Show for the 100th time, the Miz then interjects himself costing Cena the match and finally Big Show gets a win over him looking like a strong champ.

The next night on Raw Miz can boast how if it wasn't for him the Big Show wouldn't have the belt. Then we get Big Show protecting his pride and agreeing to a Triple Threat with Miz and Cena at Great American Bash(Miz cause he won't shut up and Cena cause the show really doesn't have his number). Now Cena and Miz towards the end will be to wrapped up in each other which makes it easy for Big Show to pull off the victory once again booked as a strong champ. Summerslam brings about a new contender for the Big Show(Hopefully MVP), Miz and Cena can finally have their one on one bout, Triple H and Orton will finish their fued in Hell In a Cell.

This can build Show strong throughout the summer(He's been loyal to the WWE so why not). Considering the MVP gets a strong showing with the Big Show it shouldn't hurt WWE programming. Now I believe after Summerslam we get the scramble matches at the next PPV. With Show as Champion we can insert Triple H or Orton(I really don't feel they include both seeing that after Summerslam one of them will probably play up an injury), MVP, Cena, and Miz. Right there we have or mix of Main Event players and guys testing the waters with a huge Main Event match. You can take the story where you want from there as I have been typing on this situation a bit too long(forgive me first time poster).

So my vote is for the Big Show! Because as stated eariler Big Show is the best chance for a fresh Main Event picture even if for a short period. Hopefully by the time Show's reign is done we will successfully have MVP and Miz entered into the Main Event picture.

I totally agree with you 100%. Some people think that just because he is 44 years old, makes him useless. I would love that idea so much for HBK to win title at Summerslam. What a great idea! It would really freshen up the scene for the championship. I like the way you think.

Thats how I feel too. HHH made the surprise return this past week, so have the Heartbreak Kid get back into the mix this week. Sure he's 44, but he still does all the moonsaults and high risk moves he ever did. HHH is 40, only 4 years behind and he's slow as ever and has boring matches. It would freshen up the title scene, make the fans happy, draw some money, and adds the possibility of Shawn Michaels turning heel(which he's best at). Since it does all these things, I doubt WWE will do it..

This should have been where CM Punk cashed in MitB. It wouldn't matter who won, because Punk could have just walked down and won. This, of course, would move Punk over to Raw, to fill in the void left by Batista.

Furthermore, HHH getting reign number 14 two weeks after Ric Flair, and all his legit reigns gets punted just seems disrespectful. Plus, Jeff Hardy could get a chance at having a real title reign, instead of one where he spends one week hurt from a car accident, and one more from being injured by pyro.

If I have to pick between these four, I would go with Big Show. He hasn't been world champ since 2002, and I think he has earned this reign. His matches with Undertaker and Cena have been very psychologically sound, plus, a short reign would re establish his as a monster, almost instantly.

For some odd reason though, I see Edge winning. I know, it seems like a stretch, but with the void of power on Raw right now, I can see the ultimate opportunist taking advantage of the opportunity, and maybe turning face while doing so.

I would like Big Show to win as well. It would be something new as he hasn't won a world title (ECW title nonwithstanding) since 2002 and it would be a good way to build up new stars when he gets beaten like Lashley. He hasn't had really any bad matches lately and he can be dominant like he was with the ECW Title. Once MVP transitions to the main event I can see him taking the title off of Big Show or Batista can take it off him when he returns.

But wat i wanna see is cena winning it(and yes i to hate cena). And then at the Bash losing it to THE MIZ!!!!!!!!!!!!! very unlikely though

EXACTLY WHAT I WANT! :D
Any ways back to the topic.
I want Orton to win and get booked well! And I wan't Triple H get into some road bump with Cena and have them feud (bore-fest but what ever) and I'd have Show face Orton. And eventually Show winning but Orton wins the title back and goes on with his career! Those couple of months will let the deserving mid-carders (Kingston, Miz, and MVP) time to shape up and improve them selves and get into the main event!

This is a deffinite set up for run ins. WWE will never decide a title like this on free tv. They willhave the match though. It will go to a no contest since cena/miz/show will be hamering away at one another and forget about the match. As for Orton and or HHH they will somehow use a wepon getting a dq therefore sending the match to no contest. MVP will also make a random run in. This run in will set up a six man elimination chamber at the bash or nights of champions (2ppvs away). I think that with the new gm (ric flair :wcw: :fuckoff:)he will put this match to make hhh win. think this match is a sham because it seems to much like a set up match since it has two fueds that care about ripping eachothers heads off more thenthe title.

I like HHH and all, but that fact that he is one title win away from #14 is a sad commentary of the state of the world title. He won his first approximately 10 years ago (I'm sure someone will provide the actual date). Flair won 16 titles in a 19 year period from 1981 to 2000, and the many of the latter changes were poorly booked reigns in WCW.

I know title changes bring an air of unpredictability, but personally I miss the days of lengthy title reigns which meant that a title change was significant. Andre "beating" Hogan for the title was huge. Flair losing to Steamboat and Dusty, tremendous. Even Hogan losing to Luger on Nitro and Sting at Starrcade was good.

As far as the fatal 4 way...I could take it a leave it. Orton is preferrable simply because heel champions are more interesting. Wish WWE would develop Legacy so that they aren't younger versions of Brisco and Patterson from the "Attitude Era."

Would prefer to see a 24 man tournament with the semis and finals taking place at the July PPV.

I already hate this match and I don't want any of them at all to win.

For fuck's sake, WWE...can we PLEASE get the fuck away from HHH/Orton? That shit sucked so much ass for the past few months that I was actually HAPPY to see Batista/Orton.

Big Show winning would be the best option because its just something a little different. If HHH wins, we'll have the same old garbage for the next 6 months. I was so glad he was inactive....ugh. Just the thought of HHH makes me sick anymore. It doesn't feel right at all for Cena to have the title right now. Orton, why the hell did they take the title off him in the first place if they just give it right back? So that by default only leaves Big Show, and I sure as hell don't want to see Show/Cena continue for another 3 months, nor do I want to see Show/HHH even one single match.

What really is a shame is that they've got 2 guys on the roster that really deserved a title shot. Miz and MVP. Why the hell aren't they involved? Why don't we have a 6-man elimination match? Hell, why don't we have MVP as our champion, just for something different?

I'm so sick and tired of these same four people being the only focus on Raw. I would mark the fuck out if somehow, The Miz got into this match and won the title, as he's above and beyond the best thing on Raw right now, without a shadow of a doubt.

Why are so many of yall wanting Big Show to win? This just in.... BIG SHOW IS BORING! If he wins and it causes the Show/Cena feud to continue, then I will be beyond upset. When a Cena fan like myself is sick of ANY Cena feud, that's when you know the feud needs to END! Big Show VS Triple H would put me to sleep. Thus, I do NOT want Show to win. HHH would be bad too because his reigns last forever, I do want him to break Flair's record but not with reigns that last so dang long. If Orton wins (wouldn't mind that) then it would make Batista's win (and this match, too) absolutely pointless!

Clearly, the best option is Cena. He could win and feud with Orton or the Miz BUT NOT BIG SHOW!!!!!!!.... Orton would be the 2nd best to win this, then 3rd is HHH and dead last is boring Big Show.

I do agree with the people who said MVP or Miz should be in this. They could take Big Show's place lol.... I'm actually looking forward to this match though, it will be entertaining as fatal fourways usually are.

I used to hae cena more thenanything else but what else do we have in terms of baby faces. We have HHH (yuck), Batista (injured and boring), and mid carders like mvp. od let cena win or show or somehow miz to get the hell away from orton which i think was the whole purpose of putting the title on dave. He vacated the title which meant that the title could easily go to the cena side without there being rematch clauses and crap with orton. The orton fued is so personal that it can survive without a title and probly be better. I will watch raw forever if miz or mvp wins because I will love the wwe and actually purchase ppvs instead of streaming them off the internet, yes you can still do it even when wwe shuts down justin.tv streams. Hopefully this sernio happens

Replying to a comment earlier about show winning and starting a program with mvp. I couldn't agree more, except that Show has been made to look like a pansy the last couple months. Had he dominated Cena and been booked as this truly unbeatable, indestructable force, then having MVP go over him would be significant. as it is now, it would, in all honesty, be expected.

Ugh... these four are the obvious picks, but I'd much rather shake things up. I mean you have a 3 hour show, why not make it interesting? I have no stake in this match because, besides Orton, it's the same product. My problem is, if you know Batista has an injury, why take the belt away from Orton only to give it back to him? At this rate Orton will be 16-time champion before Triple H.

I'd rather them announce a new GM at the beginning of the show who says "I can't change the fact that there will be a fatal fourway for the title, but I can say who gets to be in it!" Then he schedules qualifier matches with each of the four to see who gets in.

I think it'd be a better lineup to do Miz vs Cena, MVP vs Orton, Big Show vs Santino(?) and Triple H vs Brian Kendrick or Matt Hardy. That way you showcase your midcarders and maybe do a swerve where Miz cheats his way into another win over Cena. You can get Miz out of the picture easy in the actual Fatal Fourway when Cena comes out to chase him down and pummel him for stealing his championship shot away.

Just a thought.

I'd like to see Big Show win and go into some title matches with Cena. Triple H and Orton can finish their feud with no titles involved. Orton should come out of that the winner and challenge Cena for the belt.

Big Show needs this win.

However, I don't see any of them exiting as the Champion. This match will be a No Contest.

They should bring back the "Adamle Original" Championship Scramble! Heres the set up for it.

HHH vs Randy Orton vs Big Show vs John Cena vs Miz vs MVP

HHH- Obvious choice for the match. His feud with RKO (for seemingly the 4353348957345 time) automatically lands him in this thing and just because hes the top guy in the company.

RKO- The former Champ before Batista got injured and he still needs his rematch for the title.

Cena- Crowd favorite... keep him in there for kids/women/30 year old dudes who live with their parents (Haha... Miz is clever and a decent up and coming heel)

Big Show- Like I said before, he needs this to keep him legitimate in eyes of fans. Hes always been over looked since coming to WWE. He needs a title win or atleast a title program with him getting a title reign of some sort.

Miz- Up and coming heel. He won't win it, but it will definitely put him over as a top performer and with his mic skills, a HW title match would definitely push him as a top tier guy. He automatically gets the push into the match with current storyline with Cena and Show

MVP- Hes been on the edge of the breaking out into a main event role for quite some time now. He states he wants a title shot, I say they should make this match and put him over the guys. We need a fresh face to hold the title. Not being racist or anything, but there really hasn't been a diverse main event scene in a long time. SHAKE THINGS UP A BIT WWE!!

Other candidates: HBK (Probably not returning anytime soon), Matt Hardy (not legit on Raw at the moment) and William Regal (In my eyes, hes earned a title shot, just not in this match)

Big Show needs this win.
No he doesn't. He'll still be shit no matter what happens.

However, I don't see any of them exiting as the Champion. This match will be a No Contest.
Interesting. I actually quite like that idea, but can't see it happening as there is a no dq stipulation on fatal four ways.
Cena- Crowd favorite... keep him in there for kids/women/30 year old dudes who live with their parents (Haha... Miz is clever and a decent up and coming heel)

Oh how you crack me up. You are so cool for impying that people who like Cena are below you. John Cena is the most over, most marketable, best performer in the company. That is why he needs to be in the match.

Big Show- Like I said before, he needs this to keep him legitimate in eyes of fans. Hes always been over looked since coming to WWE. He needs a title win or atleast a title program with him getting a title reign of some sort.
Big Show isn't a legitimate main eventer in the eyes of fans. He had a boring match with John Cena, that is how bad he is. Cena gets the best out of everyone. If Show gets it, the only good thing about it would be him losing it as soon as possible.

SHAKE THINGS UP A BIT WWE!!
Like a MitB cash in turning a top face into a tweener?

William Regal (In my eyes, hes earned a title shot, just not in this match)

Regal? He's been getting squashed by Kofi and MVP lately. How does that earn him a title shot?

they shouldnt of rushed for a fatal 4 way, they should of pushed for a tournament using the top 8 stars on Raw.
Orton, Cena, Show, HHH, MVP, Kingston, Hardy, Miz
(possibly Regal due to Hardys "broken" hand) or throw in some Edge action, and have him cheat his way into the tournament and winning the WWE title while also jumping ship to Raw.

If it was set up tournament style, they could of showed off the middle card better by having them face the Upper Card people. They could of used it as a stepping stone in building up MVP, Miz, Hardy to show that they are top teir preformers in the company and deserve to be in the title hunt.

but lets remember that Triple H came back and ruined the summer for every true wrestling fan

I honestly wish batista never won the title... like seriously this fatal 4 way for the WWE Title sucks why its simple i dont want to see any of them as champoin right now

If the WWE even had a little bit of a brain they would of had Orton retain his title during his cage match at extreme rules had HHH return monday night and had sum kinda 1st blood/ I quit/ or hell even a hell in the cell match nxt week for the title and hey that would be nice, but the WWE isnt even that smart...

Now its pretty much set in stone that Randy Orton will re-win his title monday night via a lil help from priceless... and after that we'll see randy orton vs hhh in the main event of the bash

Haha really the WWE is losing it maybe we might all just start having to watch TNA haha what a joke please bring back sum type of the additude era storylines or at lease sumthin that would entertain us!!!

:wcw:

I totally agree with you 100%. Some people think that just because he is 44 years old, makes him useless. I would love that idea so much for HBK to win title at Summerslam. What a great idea! It would really freshen up the scene for the championship. I like the way you think.

I appreciate it broseph. Shawn Michaels really is the man though. He doesn't throw people under the bus or hold people back; he's always been the guy who puts on a good match, whether for a title or pride. The WWE NEEDS to give Shawn the belt, no question about it.

I use to be the biggest Cena fan, up until he started doing this Marine shit, that's when he got boring as an entertainer and wrestler. I'm not being disloyal, I still watch him and cheer him on, but he just got old quick. His hip-hop gimmick was the best part about him, and when that went, his career went down hill.

Back to the original subject, Shawn Michaels better win the belt before he retires, or I will never watch the WWE again lol

I personaly would like to see Big Show walk away with this even though i am an Orton fan. It would be far and away the most interesting. But i feel Cena will win it. Setting up a triple threat match next week on raw to see who will face him at the PPV for the title. Prob. Triple H. And at that point i have to say i want Cena to win. I dont think anyone should go anywhere near Flair.

I'm legitimately beginning to think it'll be Show. Have Cena pick him up for the FU, when suddenly Miz gets in the ring and low-blows Cena. Big Show lands on his feet, hits Cena with the chokeslam, 1-2-3. It'd be an interesting way to further the Cnea-Show-Miz story, and it'd get Orton away from the title, which is where he should stay forever.
