NXT TakeOver San Antonio: NXT Women's Championship - Fatal Four Way Match

The undefeated NXT Women Champion Asuka is scheduled to defend her title against Nikki Cross(SAnitY), Peyton Royce and Billie Kay in a fatal four way match after all three challengers attacked Asuka in one way or other.

I think that Asuka should take this match and thus retain her title. Peyton and Billie have been improving but I don't think that either of these two is credible enough to defeat Asuka.

Nikki Cross could win but as of now, I think that Asuka should retain and then lose the title at TakeOver around Wrestlemania 33 either to Nikki Cross or Ember Moon.

All things considered, this is probably the best thing to do with Asuka right now. Nobody on the roster has the built up credibility as yet to take the title from her. This is really the first time she's had to go up against multiple opponents, at least I believe so, and while I don't think anyone seriously expects her to lose the title here, they're doing an effective job in making her seem vulnerable.

Peyton Royce & Billie Kay are improving I agree, but I do think they both still need a good amount of work. Nikki Cross, to me, seems like the bigger "threat" in that she has the whole unpredictable crazy bit going on. That and the fact that she isn't glammed up and/or wearing outfits to show off how hot she is makes her immediately stand out but it's too soon.

I think Asuka may be the first year long champion in NXT's history. Based on just how things look right this second, I don't know that WrestleMania weekend is enough time to really give someone the needed credibility build to take the title; maybe it could happen during SummerSlam weekend. Of course, I could be wrong if things progress really well for the build up to whomever Asuka's opponent will be for WrestleMania weekend.
