Fiction: I believe the Royal Rumble winner will either be, A. Randy Orton, or B. Whoever WWE decides to place against Orton in the title match at WM28. Cena/Rock have the WWE title locked up, so the WHC is what's left. With Punk and Orton having a match at Mania the year before, and Punk being a Raw guy, I doubt Punk is involved in this.

Fiction: (I'll take it that you meant lose the case and not the match.)I don't think Bryan will get injured(which would be a reason to give it to someone else), but maybe WWE would rethink who had the case. Maybe the plan from the start was for Bryan to be the first to lose when cashing in. For now though, I can't see him losing the case. For some reason, I think he won the case for it to come down to him vs Punk and a lot can happen between now and Mania. As for losing the match for the title, I think that's a good possibility. I don't know how much money there is with Bryan winning the title at something like WM, but I know he'd put on a hell of a show even when coming up short.
