It should be 8, I reckon. Otherwise people who have joined late, replacing a mostly loser, won't have a chance, whereas if D-Man dropped out, they could get in the final without really trying.

A suggestion, if someone in a debate gets 13 points, even if not all of the judges have judged, you count the debate as finished. This will help things move faster, especially with a bunch of week 2 and 3 debates that need to be judged.

Also, if you get a mod to lock all of the debates that don't need judging, I'd reckon it'd be easier for the judges

They can't do that. The standings are based on 5 judges. The total number of points is necassary. Its better to win by miles, than inches.

Well GD, people know that once you reach 13 points you win, but points are still needed. That is why I keep a semi running tab of debates that have been decided before all 5 judges have judged. Such as when IC beat 48.7 after 3 judges made it 14-1. As for locking the threads, it might be a good idea.

Maybe if individual debaters presented their debates to judges, they would do it, I am not sure. I have asked the judges to judge more often, and some have started. Also, Luther dropped out as a judge.

I can't believe that I've missed my chance to debate Tastycles. That was the match I was looking forward to the most. Sadness.

In other news, majorly looking forward to taking Irish out for another spin; haven't crossed paths with that guy since Bigelow against Flair.

TM I think you made a mistake in my debate. It says it's me vs. Tastycles however in the thread it says I am facing Franchize1990...and shouldn't I be the home debater since I wasn't the home debater in the previous round against IC?

Also, it would be highly appreciated if the judges could please the debates I had with IC, Dave, and Lariat. Thank You .
