Getting Noticed By Management
What's the worst spoiler you ever read by accident,or were told without you ever having asked.A spoiler that perharps watered down a "significant" /historic moment or ruined a PPV you had purchased, because you already knew the outcome.
I remember being so pissed when I founds out about Goldberg's return before he actually debuted in the WWE.It sucked to hear fans chanting GOLDBERG,GOLDBERG before he even came out.The Rock saved the situation, but it still put me off.I also remember being pissed when I found out that RKO would beat Beniot at SummerSlam 2004 for the WHC.It took the "shock" out of that moment.

All of the spoilers for me they ruin every little bit of whats still good about wrestling.

I beg to differ on Spoilers ruining wrestling. Sure, you know what's going to happen, but I personally still like to see how the angle/match/whatever gets to that point. The only spoilers I hate are those that spoil Wrestlmania. If nothing else, the plans for the biggest PPV in the WWE Calendar should be kept under tighter wraps. The best I ever heard was when it was let out that Gold-bitch and Loser..er..Lesnar were leaving after WM 20. The fan involvement in that match was hysterical due to said spoiler.

If you dont like spoiler's then dont read them. It's pretty easy to avoid them. They have a habit of saying spoiler by the title.

I always read spoiler's. I dont watch wrestling for angle's. I watch for the actuall wrestling. If I read T.V. taping spoiler's and I hear about a good match I'll certainly tune in. If I hear of a return, a heel turn etc. I'll tune in.

ugh... Sometimes I can't stay away from the news sites. I won't open the stories but sometimes I'll still end up getting spoiled by the title.

In Canada, well if you're in Quebec with Basic cable like me anyway, RAW doesn't come on until Midnight, an hour after it goes off the air live. Smackdown! comes on right after it finishes and ECW is on Fridays instead of Tuesdays, so the odds are I'm going to be spoiled no matter what in a week. I was spoiled for the CM Punk heel turn this week and the tag titles changing hands the week before, but I still watched RAW and I wasn't completely spoiled as I didn't know there would be two battle royals (although after reading the Hardys and Cade and Murdoch were the last two teams and they weren't in the first one, it was fairly obvious there would be a second one, lol), and of course I'm going to watch Punk's turn this friday.

The WORST had to have been a couple of weeks ago when The Rock returned to raw.

I make it a point not to go to Wrestlezone or WWE.com during RAW, as I'm going to watch it an hour later anyway and i know if something big happens they'll put it in the title of a story... I didn't even go in there. I was just coming onto these forums because I was bored and I saw the "spoiler" at the top of the page, as the top stories are on here!

After that night... I made a promise to myself that I would never come here between 9PM and 2AM on Monday nights!

simple - if u dnt like spoilers then don't read them, there is no point in complaining, cause u dnt get forced into reading them u read them by choice, it always says - *SPOILER* - New GM Revealed, or something like dat.

I dislike all kinds of spoilers but yet love to read them so I'm always fighting myself not to read them, the worst spoiler though I read for me anyway was properly Orton deafeating Benoit at Summerslam,I remember being pumped for that match so much and then seeing the ending before it played out just really ruined it for me

JaTTFX, I agree that if you don't like them, don't read them... but when you're just passing through and you see "NEW GM REVEALED" in large letters you're not going to be tempted to go in and have a look?

Other times they're more cryptic about it and they don't write spoilers in the title. It happens ALL THE TIME on WZ.

And finally there are situations such as mine, where wrestling comes on after it originally airs, so they forgo posting the spoiler alert and just tell you what happened in the title.

So I can't come on WZ Forums monday night anymore...

I hate spoilers in general. Though I always find myself reading them, either out of curiosity or because the title of the article is a spoiler in itself. Take this week for example. I downloaded ECW on wednesday morning, only to check WZ and see that the poll was 'Did CM Punk's Heel Turn Surprise You?'

in the UK some people dont have the channels that the wwe shows are on, there on sky sports and you have to pay extra on top of your normal cable/satelite bill just to get that, so for myself who dosent have the required channels the spoilers are good but i can see peoples frustrations.

The only time that I can remember being pissed off from reading a spoiler was in 2003 when Hogan returned on Smackdown. I'm not even a Hogan fan, I just like to be suprised when big things like that happen.

And on a side note, I'm glad that I didn't start checking out news sites until around late 2002, because I was marking out like a little girl when HBK came back in June. I had NO IDEA that he was even considering making a comeback, he was the last guy I thought would come out of that curtain. Actually I don't even know if the news sites were even talking about it at the time...

I, too also hate spoilers. I like to read minor spoilers that doesn't take out that "moment" vibe. I do not look at spoilers that are major PPV's such as WM, Summerslam, Survivor Series, and Royal Rumble. I tend to look at spoilers after 11 PM every night or the next day in the morning.

Well I've never really had a big moment spoiled for me thank god, and like someone said before me, HBK's return not being spoiled was just amazing I also did not expect him to come back.

But, I'd say the one that sticks out sorely for me is when at No Way Out 2007 Wrestlezone posted the picture of Austin with Umaga, Lashley, Vince and Trump. Totally ruined his return, everyone knew it was coming. It seems like these days the crowds are so up on their news anyways, that's why you'll see signs about wrestler's who debut at certain shows, because they already know it's going to happen. I remember seeing a sea of Tazz signs at Royal Rumble 2000 when he debuted, same thing when Jericho debuted.

But yeah, I wish I never read that Austin spoiler, though him returning still sent chills down my spine to just hear the old glass shatter again. I've decided to try and stay away from spoilers in general, though..----*just realizes that Smackdown! has been on for the last two hours and just ended ten minutes ago*---......GOD DAMNIT! The ONE Friday night I'm home, and I forget. Damnit! There needs to be a Smackdown recap show like AM Raw. But yeah, back to what I was saying, I do check the spoilers for Smackdown usually because I like to see if there are any good matches I should check out.

Now excuse me as I go kick myself in the face.

I only read Smackdown spoilers, cause I actually do things on friday nights. Even tonight I watched a movie instead.

BOT, I was pissed that I read that Cena was planned to beat Edge in the TLC, Just cause I wanted Edge as champ.

I like spoilers, I always read Smackdown b4 it airs on TV. And I always ask questions about who is gona win or wuts gona hapen next the Steve guy on "STEVE Knows..." he is always correct. spoilers doesn't apply to me i guess.

I'm sure there has been more occations, but one of the more recent ones was Christian going to SD. Where I live, SD started at 10pm instead of 8pm. So I'm about to go watch SmackDown whenever I see on WWE.com that Christian has been drafted to SD.

yeah i like reading spoilers. i can remember reading my first spioler on the net about 9 years ago when it said that kevin nash was supposed to win the world war 3 wcw ppv. all my freinds were saying that the giant was gonna win it so i put money on it and won the pot. it was awesome!

more recently i was disappointed when i read that shawn michaels wanted to lose his match to john cena a wrestlemania 23. john cena needs to turn heel already.

anyway, i like reading all the spoilers i can whether it be wwe or tna. it gets me prepared on what to expect.

Mine was probably a return that didn't happen. When Triple H was scheduled to return at Armageddon 2002 (which happened to fall on my Birthday) so I stayed up all night to watch it, and he didn't appear at all. Being a big Triple H mark I was pretty annoyed that the spoilers had been incorrect (although I think he was supposed to return, but didn't).

EDIT: What I meant to say was Armageddon 2001.

The Worst Spoiler I Read Wuzz When HHH Wuz 1st Injured, Then About A week ltr on RAW, Rated rko challenged hbk in a handicap match.
I Read That Sean Waltman (x pac) Wuz Gunna Return and fill in for triple h........
Did'nt Happen, Also At Unforgiven 2006 I Heard That There Will Be a new dx member (For The Handicap Hell in a cell).................................
Did'nt Happen

Every single time in between WRESTLEMANIA 14 in 1998, and the Raw in 2002 when Shawn Michaels finally returned.. That some morons falsely reported that Shawn Michaels would soon be returning. I couldn't f-ng wait. And it was never real. But I'm happy he's back.. Even is he is watered down.

Yeah, that sucks. The same thing happened to me when I lived in Canada.

theres probably other ones but the most recent was when austin's return was spoiled i think they sould have kept that private and just said that the SG referee will be unknown til WM23
