Poor Shango...when he wanted to be on, he was on; hopefully his job at Starbucks is going good and his hands are healing up well. Anyway, I predict that they're going to phase out moderators and just make all of the current moderators G-Mods by gradually giving them more and more sections.

Truth is, whenever I say something outta context like that.. such as.. "That's so gay". I'm gonna start having it mean "That's so hot".
Uhm, so let me get this straight. Because you live around Gay's and Lesbian's.. you automatically think it's proper for you to call someone what you did?
I'm almost sure a White guy would've been killed, had he of used that same logic, living in "the hood".

Truth be told someone using the word gay, negatively or positively really doesn't upset me. It upsets some but really if someone want's to use the word gay as in "the forums rules are gay" I say go ahead. If you want to say "ur gay...gross" go right ahead. I know it's false so I say, pour quoi?
As for worst mod we have none know since Shango is gone.

In life, I have indeed used the term "that's fucking gay", but never until I actually met and became friend's with a gay guy, did I know that it offends some.
I say I never realized the offense it could cause, purely because throughout my life, because I'm pale.. I've been refered to (in joking manner) as casper, and powder.
I've even been called "whiter than white". So I assumed, since stuff like that never offended me.. I figured Gay guy's would likely know tons of people would use the term out of context.No clue why I ever used that word in that type of way before though. I guess because it was just a "saying" I heard, growing up.
But yeah, things from then, aren't like things from now. I try to be very careful with each word that could possibly be offensive.

Thanks for the support. I have made it known that I would relish the opportunity to be a moderator. Now, I just keep on putting out quality posts and hope that one day the powers that be will have enough confidence in me to call me up.
