We could post the mod logs, and you could see who does the work. I could post the PMs I send to new posters encouraging them, and trying to help them get better aclimated. Ask Harthan about it. Or maybe the workout thread were I help people seeking advice.

NorCal mods a lot, he hands out a nice amount of warnings. But outside of that, I don't know what he does. (not a dig, nor a compliment. Just the way I see it)

I never even voted. I don't vote in threads like these, because it was always my understanding that in order to BE a mod.. you had to pretty much be exclusive and on top of your game, throughout this forum.
