If Brazil hadn't won by such a big margin last night, I probably would have gone for Chile but I think Brazil's collective tails are up now.
I feel a bit bad for choosing Netherlands over Mexico as Mexico have been really impressive and I wouldn't mind them seeing progressing. I just think that Netherlands' attacking options are varied enough that they can get the win.

If this was WWE, I'd be suspicious of a screwjob here. I think Chile will run them very close but Brazil will win a very narrow match.
Netherlands Vs Mexico
This World Cup hasn't been kind to European teams and I'm suspicious of Hollands form. There could be quite a few goals here.
Colombia Vs Uruguay
There are 2 ways this can go. Either Uruguay come out angry and blow Colombia away, or they come out angry and red cards start flying. I'm going with the latter.
Costa Rica Vs Greece
I'm not happy about it but I've got a feeling that Greece will grind out another result.
France Vs Nigeria
This one should be straightforward. Nigeria aren't very good and France are flying. If there's one thing I've learnt watching sport over 25 years though, it's that there's no such thing as a sure thing when it comes to the French.
Argentina Vs Switzerland
Argentina are not playing well, they've been entirely reliant on Messi and eventually they're going to get caught. As long as Switzerland don't play like they did against France, they're quite capable of winning this one.
Germany Vs Algeria
Since the Portugal game, Germany haven't looked anywhere near as impressive and they'll need to pick it up here. Algeria have been quite impressive but erratic in their approach, veering from defensive against Belgium to rampaging past Korea and back again. There's potential for an upset.
Belgium Vs USA
This game is fascinating. Talent and laziness Vs Plain hard work. I haven't been at all impressed with Belgium, who made an easy group look difficult and stole all 3 wins at the end of their games. On the contrast, USA ran themselves into the ground getting results from a horrible group. I don't think Belgium will be able to raise their level enough to get through this one.
