I cried during the last episode of The Gilmore Girls.

Sigged.

I tear up every time I see the ending of the episode of Futurama where Fry tries to resurrect his dog from the 21 century, easily of one the saddest pieces of television ever.

Absolute same. I don't like that episode anymore because of it :/
Now I can only watch it for the bit where Fry does the Hustle.

I also had a few tears during Gran Torino where the girl got attacked and raped.
