WWE Championship: Daniel Bryan (c) vs CM Punk
Whether or not Daniel Bryan holds the title from 'Mania 30 to 'Mania 31 or not is irrelevant, but he's champion this time next year. I'm a bit of a Punk mark and would just love to see him win the Rumble, than face Bryan in 1 one-on-one match at WrestleMania.
Streak Match: The Undertaker vs Sting
IF, and IF Sting does/has sign with WWE, on the RAW after WrestleMania I'd have Taker end the show but cutting a promo about WrestleMania/The Streak etc., and tease retirement, only to be cut off by dark lights, thunder and storm sort of sounds. The sounds cut and we are shown, lurking in the rafters, a figure in a trench coat with a baseball bat. The figure disappears off screen, and then Sting's music hits and he comes to the ring and lays down the challenge to 'Taker. Honestly, this match itself could sell 'Mania alone. It wouldn't be an in-ring spectacle, but it would be one of the greatest atmospheres ever.
Singles Match: The Rock vs Roman Reigns
Personally, I don't want to see Roman Reigns (or any Shield member for that matter) win the World Title at all this year. There's no need. Once the split happens they need probably another 6 months to a year as singles competitors to find their feet. I think this would be a huge chance to put Reigns over as a singles competitor. Again, personally, I prefer Rollins and Ambrose over Reigns, but the family ties in this match make it a bit of a 'passing of the torch type'
WWE Intercontinental Championship: Seth Rollins (c) vs Cesaro vs Cody Rhodes
3 of my favourite 'light-weight' type guys. Rollins is an incredible aerialist who entertains in every match he's in, Cesaro is flat out one of the best in-ring competitors in the world, and Cody, in my opinion, has one of the best movesets in the company and a great 'Old School' style. Give this match 15 minutes and it would steal the show in my opinion.
Singles Match: John Cena vs Dean Ambrose
Very similar to the Rock/Reigns Match, however with a little less backstory. I think the match would be pretty decent, and tell a great story, and I'd like to see Ambrose go over Cena (wishful thinking)
6-Man Tag Team Match: The Wyatt Family vs Evolution (Randy Orton, Batista, & Triple H)
I didn't really have much for Randy Orton, Batista, or Triple H, and then it clicked. I think this could be a great match/feud, especially if Wyatt feuds with either one of these guys throughout the course of the year.
No Holds Barred Match: Brock Lesnar vs Sheamus
I like Sheamus. I hate his gimmick but enjoy his in-ring work. I wouldn't mind a Lesnar face/tweener run and I believe Sheamus is wayyyy overdue for a heel turn. I think this could be a really entertaining, physical match
WWE United States Championship: Damien Sandow (c) vs Chris Jericho
Personally, I think Sandow deserves better than what he's getting at the moment. Unfortunately, without a second World Title, it's going to be hard to see him win a World Title for a few years at least. I love his gimmick and am a fan of his in-ring work. I think he deserves a US Title push and would love to see him and Jericho have a big feud culminate at 'Mania.
WWE Tag Team Championships: Ladder Match: The Usos (c) vs Awesome Show-Offs vs Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel vs Los Matadores
With The Real Americans, Rhodes Brothers and Shield moving out of the Tag Team Title scene, I think this year it's time to give these type of teams a chance to move up and show what they've got. I think this would be an incredibly entertaining match.
Thats nine matches without a Divas match and without using Alberto Del Rio, Christian, Big Show and Kane. So some room to move.
Overall, it's a fair bit of a fantasy card at the top, but I think the rest of the card is quite solid and not too left field. If I knew the WWE were planning to give us a card like this, I'd be booking my flights from Melbourne to San Fransisco very quickly.
