Meaning that women do not have to be paid equally compared to men for equal work. If this happens, it is now harder for them to have their day in court. This is a good idea according to the governor of Wisconsin: making it harder for women to receive equal pay to that of men.

Remember: with this and the contraceptive issue, the GOP says there is not a war on women at the moment. They just seem to want them pregnant and not making as much money as men.

Republicans in general are against anything that forces employers to pay a set amount of money to their workers. A lot are against the minimum wage as well and support allowing companies to pay their workers whatever. This might be in line with that line of thought.
