Why does the Wrestlezone main site suck so bad?

Seriously, it's one gigantic clusterfuck of information, all squeezed together. Why not expand the viewing size of the page, organize information better, and make the site look like someone actually gives a damn about it's look.

And for god sakes, do away with the ugly red color and replace it with something more professional looking.

Anyone know why it's so atrocious to the eyes?

No advertising. - Secondly, the site will be going through a redesign "because" of Crave. Should be done within the next few months. There's going to be quite a few changes. Hopefully, it will be for the better. Updated information section and photo galleries, plus radio addition (we have radio, but will feature it properly) and a video section with free videos. Big contests too.

Speaking of...we will be doing a "WrestleGIRL of the Month" contest starting in a couple of months, featuring an exclusive photo shoot with Leticia Cline (HOT!). However, if you guys want to throw out ideas for the name, it could probably use some work, but "WrestleGIRL" is at least self-explanatory. Just want something catchy, yet original.

Members will vote for their favorites each month. Should have a real good turnout and hopefully, it will increase traffic and page views.

Nah, I make grammatical errors all the time. But considering the large volume of posts I make, the error margin is quite low.

You guys are going to help me decide the colors actually. Just gave me a great idea. I have a temp. mock-up of the new design. They tried not to get it too far away from the original so it's an easy transition, however - we could always throw input in. You guys let me know what you think of the color scheme and layout. I think it's pretty simple enough and easy to use, yet will allow us to do plenty. I have a couple of features I want added to the main page, but at least from a color standpoint and general idea, you can see it.

It looks a little too generic(just like any other typical wrestling news site), but that's just my opinion.

I would suggest get away from the ugly red, expand the page itself completely, so there's no extra space around the edges. What's the point in having unused space? None. I would suggest that, in addition to the main headlines, create separate sections for WWE, TNA and INDY news. I would suggest maybe having a section that keeps a running tab of television show ratings, and PPV buyrates. An informational center, so to speak.

2 more questions. Why would you have Forum discussions in two different spots on the page...and will there be a new forum introduced with the new page?

Well, I just noticed that there was a display of forum posts on the left side...with threads and posters that I've never seen on these forums.

Whereas on the other side of the page, there was discussions from our forums.
