I vote for this man: Virgil/Vincent.

Virgil is the myth, the legend. I think he wrestled 1-2 matches, and was a total hangaround.

In WWE it was with Ted Dibiase and in WCW it was in the NWO. Is this the biggest hangaround member?

I heard storys about this man, and he has a own site as well.
