Which tag teams should never have split up?

I'm gonna have to go with the Dudleyz/Team 3D. They were horrible as single wrestlers, Bubba wasn't even relevant as a singles competitor and I don't remember anything he did as a singles wrestler. D-Von on the other hand introduced the world to Batista, which I hate him for. PLUS he played that cheesy role of Brother D-Von, the crooked preacher. All crap, all around. As a team these two are damn near unstoppable. Honorable mention would be VKM in TNA. They were entertaining and it sucked to see them split.

DOOM shouldve never been split up. ron simmons wouldve never been pushed to main event and i wouldn't have old tapes of him against the barbarian for the world title. they just got replaced by the brokedown imitators harlem heat on wcw roster a couple years later.

I Don't miss the Dudley's because I still see them every week as a team in TNA, so they haven't split up.

As for a tag team that shouldn't have split up I would have to say The Spirit Squad. Yeah I know a whole load of you won't agree with me because lets face it only a small minority like me actually liked them.

I found them so entertaining with what they did. They never gave less that 100% which is why their team worked. When they split however, we were left with Kenny who was so misused its unbelievable and then the rest were sent back to Development with Johnny, Mitch & Mikey being released.

More recently we've seen Nicky back as Dolph Ziggler who had a great first couple matches but he is now on the backfoot with him losing a lot of matches.....much like what happened to Kenny.

Johnny was a talented wrestler I thought and could have gone into a believable feud with Kenny perhaps for the true "leader" of The Spirit Squad.

Ok Mitch wasn't so good so wouldn't have got very far.

Mikey was like a little pitbull who could have been a vicious heel if given the right gimmick.

As a team I felt they worked well together and were put into some great storylines and because they consistently gave it their all every week it worked. I feel they could have done more with them in the long run than what they did so shouldnt have been split when they were.....but hey thats just my opinion.

I think the Spirit Squad should not have disbanded, but I think a gimmick change could have worked out well instead. They could have split them up like history tells us, but after, they could have put them back together.

An idea would have been for Kenny to go for the Mid – Card Title on Raw and Dolph to go for the Mid – Card Title on Smackdown. At a PPV, the remaining 3 members of the SS could have assisted them in winning and reform the stable. They could have just dropped the Cheerleader $#!+ and repackaged as a serious group of up and comers.

Good idea dude.
