Which Tag Teams did you like from years past that many may not remember today?

Definitely Strikeforce for me.

Loved everything about them when I was a kid. They were basically the Rockers before the Rockers came along. You know, they were smaller than most in the WWF at the time, had awesome theme music, cool hair, and a tremendous move set. It's a shame that team didn't get more of a push, because I really think they could have carried the division for a while there. They were much more enjoyable to watch than the Road Warriors and Demolition if you ask me. But alas... it wasn't mean to happen, unfortunately. Instead they broke up, and while Rick Martel became an interesting character (which also should have gotten a much bigger push than he did), Tito Santana went on to play some stupid fucking stereotype.

The subject says it all...

To me I like "Kronik" in WCW. I thought they were pretty popular and had good chemistry. One of the highlights of WCW before they went under.

Here is a vid of Kronik

Which tag teams did you like that were under valued and seem to be removed from history.

They weren't a tag team long but really loved Fire and Ice in WCW (Scott "Flash" Norton and IceTrain). I don't know what it was but I thought they were a great team together with their immeasurable power. They obviously weren't ring technicians but anybody that loved a pure powerful tag team like Powers of Pain had to like Fire and Ice.

You know, watching WCW for a lot of it's highs, to its final low, I myself did like KroniK as a tag team who wasn't skilled in the ring, and were just great at beat downs. When they were originally face, after their first turn, the crowd loved them. However, after their last heel turn, and then again face turn, I think people lost interest in them, I know that I did.

They wer egreat when the took on Palumbo and Stasiak, another tag team that somehow were booked well, despite not really being a great tag team.

Oh there's so many. I miss E&C obviously, but they've gone on to have great singles career and I hope they feud.

Goldust & Booker T was classic, but i'm into the Santino-like comedy stuff.
I miss Los Guererros of course, I just miss Eddie in general.

I have 3Tag Teamse that i Really Liked 1 is Too Cool i love watching them dance and they were pretty cool tag team.2 is Harlem Heat they were my favorite tag team in wcw in till Lexs Lugar and Sting became a tag team and won the wcw tag team titles from Harlem heat then they became my favorite tag team manley because sting has all ways been my favorite wrestler.3 is The New age Out lawles.

Boogie Knights!! Alex Wright and Disco Inferno, saw them at the Live Nitro here in Brisbane Australia back in 2000. Huge pop when they upset the Natural Born Thrillers 4 the titles. then got the match restarted n beaten down. Was a great night, saw Kronik v Goldberg too so double WCW Tag Team i liked.

I am sort of ashamed to admit it but I really liked 3 Count. They just really mad me laugh plus Helm and Moore were really great in the ring back then. My fav tag team of all time though has to be the impact players, really great heels and Storm could wrestle like no tomorrow

The World's Greatest Tag Team will always be missed by me. As Team Angle, those two were the best, but even without him, they got enormous heat. I remember they tried to reform them after Haas was let go and then brought back, but it's like creative decided to just drop it after a week or two. Benjamin and Haas are extraordinary wrestlers. Benjamin, unfortunately, I don't think will ever see the top because of his lack of charisma. And poor Charlie Haas was just let go last week. Two incredible talents that will never be used to their full potential, but were a phenomenal tag team.

You know, with the recent release of Gregory Helms, and two months ago, the appearance Shannon Moore, two parts of the group OMEGA, I think back to a greater group, a three man tag team of 3 Count. Yes, they were a tag team based on a boy band, and yes they sang a song before their matches, and yes, they dressed the same, and yes, Tank Abbott was a member for a bit. But as cruiserweight tag teamers, they were a decent team, who worked well as a team. And of course, they were apart of one of th ebest WCW ladder matches.

i will admit that i was a fan of three count as well as the jung/yung/young dragons. they were the only good part in the final days of wcw. jeff jarrett and owen hart was one of the best heel tag teams. kane and xpac was a good team, i wish they lasted a little longer but kane cant be ******ed forever. ill think of more later....

I always liked that Tag Team consisting of Eddie Guerrero and Tajiri back in 03.
That ladder match at Judgement Day was pretty cool to watch and even though they were only together for about a couple of months, they were my favourite random pairing.

Easy the Brainbusters. Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchurd. Now that was a great tag-team. That is what made me love tag team wrestling back in the 80's

I don't think most people give enough credit to The Hollywood Blondes. Yes, it's true, I am a huge Pillman mark, but that aside him and Austin made for a great team and were highly entertaining in a time when WCW was a pretty serious place. They played the roles perfectly and had really good chemistry. They would have had a great future as a tag team if not for WCW being full of jealous wankers who were too threatened by Pillman and Austin to let them continue.

That being said, history has proved that The Hollywood Blondes spilting up was actually a good thing, as it not only ended up giving us a pissed off Stunning Steve, who of course became Stone Cold, but it also gave us the Loose Cannon. Maybe those jealous wankers did us a favour after all.

colisal connection was decent, but you had to love the twin towers. alot of great teams over the years, but due to lack of a tag division, they get over looked due to singles careers. bros of destruction, hardys, the brood(aka e&c), acolytes....ect ect. with all due respect, tags suck now days due to make shift tag teams with singles with no plans for them in programming. i say bring back real tag teams and maybe a few stables here and there to make shit real interesting. maybe smashes son can come in and reform demolition for instance

I have 4 #4 is eddie and chavo they were entertaining i liked when they mess with angle, haas, and benjamin #3 kofi kingston and cm punk were ok but that would be a good team now #2 team rated rko edge is now on smackdown and randy orton is on raw so they cant team because even though the tag team titles are on sd/raw/nxt it dosent matter because edge is the royal rumble winner and now r-truth and john morrison are the number one contenders #1 I always liked too cool but for no reason.

I used to like 3 count in wcw, perhaps we could see helms and moore re-unite in tna now helms has been released in tna?? also the filthy animals, the team of an unmasked mysterio and kidman.
in the wwe days i was a fan of money inc, they don't seem to get as much credit (no pun intended) as the should as a tag team. also the original headshrinkers, samu and fatu. seeing fatu deliver the splash off the top rope was phenomenal.
but my favourite team of all time (road warriors aside) was the Quebecers. when they first came on the scene "were not the mounties". they had a good mix of technical and cunningness of rougeau and the power and aerial ability of pierre. had some great tag double team moves. their finisher especially.: boston crab + flying leg drop from top rope!!!
also a mention to Men on a Mission.....Whoomp! There it is!!!

not that i'm trying to date myself here...i'm only 32...but i have always liked the tag team Doom (Reed and Simmons). They should have won the titles a lot more than they did and never got unmasked. I also liked the Varsity Club (Rotunda and Williams) and the Midnight Express (Eaton and Lane).

I so agree with you on Harlem Heat and Too Cool...Those 2 tag teams I liked a lot, Harlem Heat because they were just a well oiled machine due to the fact that they were brothers helped them be better as a tag team. And Too Cool for their dancing, especially when they would get other people to dance with them like Chyna & Jericho and those damn Dudleys.

Also the Suicide Blondes aka Edge and Christian. I miss them teaming up together and reeking of awesomeness.

I am gonna go way old school...The Killer Bees, B. Brian Blair and Jumpin' Jim Brunzell. They perfected the whole swapping wrestlers in the middle of a match technique used by many heels now. They used to wear identical masks, allowing them to switch places without the ref knowing. Yet, despite the heel tactics, they were faces. They had a great feud with the Hart Foundation as well. They never won the WWF tag titles as far as I remember, but for some reason, I remember them fondly, 25 years later.

Well, my favorite's growing up were the Rock n Roll Express and I actually like Ivan and Nikita Koloff. I guess they get mentioned fairly often though.

I think Jindrak and O'Haire could have been an unbelievable tag-team. They just happened to pop up at the wrong time in WCW. When they first arrived though they were awesome.

I also really liked the Warlord and The Barbarian in WWF. I thought they were better than Demolition. I liked them feuding with LOD and Demolition.

The Killer Bees.
They were a fun rocking tag team from the mid 80s. They wrestled at Wrestlemania 2 and 3. The mask confusion was awesome, Jim or Brian would throw on masks mid-match and the opponents would not know who was who and who was the legal man.

alot of good teams mentioned. I def did like 3 count and that laddder match was cool.

I always liked Ravens Flock in WCW, mutiple werido wrestlers always teaming up to help Raven. Also the Triad of DDP, Bam Bam Bigelow and who's better than Kanyon.

WWF, E&C, Hardy's get mentioned all the time.... But not 3D. The Duddleys had a great run in the WWE, tag titles, and big matches at big ppvs. Table matches and the 3D were and are still great.

They were so many great teams back in the old days. You had The Nasty Boys, Legion of Doom, The Rockers, Demolition, The Steiners, Big Bossman and Akeem and even teams like the Beverly Brothes because they were all diffrent and unique from eachother. The thing that also makes the Tag teams of yesteryear stand out for me was that they had a good mouth-peice by there side, so some of the guys who werent so strong on the mic didnt have to worry about that aspect because they didnt need to because you simply dont when you have a Bobby Heenan or Jimmy Hart by your side.

Out of them all they'll never be another team (whether for good or bad lol) like The Natural Disasters. A combined weight of over 1000 pounds and two bad asses. They had personality and had also been in the top of the card mix in the WWF with the Hogan's etc which got them over and fans took them seriously. How big men should be booked.

I'm gonna catch hell for some of my picks but here we go with some that you may not have thought of:
1. The Unholy alliance (Taker and Big Show): Why push one star in a tag team when you can have TWO big stars from the start put together? but apart from that, these two were far more formidable than Taker/Kane...at least IMO.
2. Billy and Chuck: I'm only counting this team PRE-RICO. They were in the same runs as Palumbo/O'Haire/Jindrak/Stasiak combos as far as power and agility combined. Rico made them look like sniveling little wimps. Remember the "commitment ceremony"? Yeah I just cringed too.
3. Masters of the Powerbomb (Vader and Sid): My two favorite wrestlers of all time in a tag team. Now it was a very short-lived tag team but I would have liked to have seen them come back together in WWF and run roughshod like Taker/Kane did just a few years later
4. Scott Norton/Buff Bagwell: Ahhhhh Vicious and Delicious LOL. Could have easily been the LOD of the new generation. Too bad Buff was roided up and no one gave two shits about Norton.
5. The Lumberjacks (Yukon John and Flapjack Norton): Y'all may know them better as John Nord (aka the Bezerker) and Scott Norton. One of those "power" teams in the dying days of Verne Gagne's AWA
6. The Texas Hangmen: Once again you'd recognize these two if you watched AWA (which used to be on ESPN Classic). Used the switchouts in a similar style as the Killer Bees.
7. The Bushwhackers: Admittedly they did look like dopes in WWF but they were a premier tag-team in their prime.
8. Public Enemy: The Dudleys can't take all the credit for popularizing using tables in any type of match! These two were basically the gangsta version of the Dudleyz and were rather over in WCW.
9. Yokozuna/Owen Hart: I admit, Owen carried the team (Damn big load of weight to carry lol) but Yoko was able to get it done in short bursts and having Fuji and Cornette nearby helped get these two a lot of heat. Remember him squishing Jeff Hardy in one of Jeff's first matches in WWF vs. Owen?
