Right to Censor was on my mind before I saw the list, at least in recent memory, I remember actually turning off my TV when their music hit a couple times.
Bull Buchanan was such a nobody at the time, he had no business being there, and then the Goodfather and Val Venis.... I don't like when characters 180 that hard, Face/Heel dynamics, they both played both sides in character, but their RTC characters just really confuzzled me, and I didn't like it at all (I can kind of respect what they were going for). Not to mention Ivory felt so random in there.
Steven Richards has always been forgettable to me, he always is just there, had to scroll back up to remember he was the founder.
Not only was it.... an annoying gimmick (I tend to dislike the holier than though heels) but it destroyed a couple of the more interesting attitude characters, right on the tail end of attitude. Even though they "accomplished" their goal, I don't think it was a net positive on viewership, they weren't compelling enough to draw, and they generated annoyance heat with no pay off, which just turns televisions off.
