I can do whatever I want
This week's Impact we were introduced by the female wrestler named Hamada. The girl is of Mexican & Japanese decent(two of the greatest wrestling countries)and has alot of experience.

She made her debut in a no DQ match against Dafney. When she made her entrance my first thought was, "Oh god, she's ugly". I knew she was going to be a good wrestler but my first impression wasn't good.

But as the match progressed something clicked. I don't know if it was charisma or just the "X" factor, but something about that women got my intrest. She went on to have a good match with Dafney, and the moonsault on the table was sick.

I'm interested to see where she goes. She's solid in the ring, and if Kong really is leaving(just rumors) I think she could be a decent, monster heel replacement.

So do you see potential in Hamada? Maybe a Kong replacement? Will she go far, or is she too "different" for mainstream fans to accept? What's your opinion on her?

As I said in the LD, she is certainly a beast. It's obvious she has loads of experience and she could replace Kong in a heartbeat (not that I want her to leave).

Just when she walked out, she intimidated the hell out of me, and seeing her moonsault beautiful Daffney was amazing and kinda scary at the same time.

It was a good move on the part of TNA to sign her, and if Kong or ODB are leaving, she is a great replacement.

I for one am very excited over the prospects of Ayako Hamada in TNA. She's definitely one of the most talented female in-ring performers that TNA has ever hired, and with the introduction of her and Sarita in the past few weeks, the Knockout Division looks to be improving even more. Thank God for TNA, because you know a woman like Hamada would never get a chance in a promotion like the WWE, they'd take one look at her, decide she isn't "sexy" enough for them, and move on. Which is a god damn shame.

Ayako Hamada is a second generation wrestler, by the way. Just thought I'd throw that in for those that didn't know, her father is the Japanese legend Gran Hamada, who was among the very first Japanese wrestlers to introduce lucha libre to the Japan. So Hamada has a long and storied history of pro wrestling in her family.

Her match with Daffney was definitely the highlight of Impact tonight (well the main event hasn't happened yet, but unless it blows me away, the No DQ match will remain the highlight). The moonsault on the table spot was wonderful, and I'd absolutely LOVE to see what could happen with a Daffney-Hamada feud, those two seemed to have wonderful chemistry tonight.

This is really a great pick up by TNA. I can't wait to see what they do with her, I truly hope they give her a good push.

Hamada is excellent... Looks aren't everything and she proves it with a rough and tough style mixed with some sick high-flying skills. Btw, Kong isn't going anywhere. She just posted that thing on her Twitter to throw people off. The announcement was just a contest on her new website for a fan to fly out to California and see Bound For Glory and hang out backstage.

I have to go with Mysterio Fan on this one. When she first came out I didn't think much of her look, but by the time the match was over, her look was the furthest thing from my mind. I can't remember the last time there was a 'this is awesome' chant during a women's match. And I'd have to agree with the fans on that one!

I have been hearing a lot of GREAT news from this female Ayako Hamada a couple of weeks back & I thought nothing of it. I know she was an expert in hitting off a moonsault & perfected it right down to the smallest detail according to the textbooks... but her match with TNA got me sparked with her arrival. She is an awesome wrestler of the likes I have not seen in a while. Her previous matches in Japan wrestling are pretty good for female matches & I hope that this will help soldify the division even more over than it already is. For those wanting more Ayako Hamada, here is a tribute package of what she can offer in the ring. Believe me, she is VERY good for a female:

If TNA creates better decisions like the hiring of Ayako & Sarita, then I believe that the WWE's womens division will either go bye-bye or Vince will realise how much of a threat TNA are becoming & up the ante on their side. Either way, I am glad for this Ayako for becoming apart of mainstream wrestling television & cannot wait what the future holds.

Thought she was great, her kicks sounded devastating. Hope Kong stays but if she goes/takes a break they should have Hamada as a monster heel. Even if Kong stays they should have them both tearing through the division till they face each other at a big PPV.

I didn't know much about Hamada other than some little tidbits here and there. When she debuted I thought, she is a portly Japanese chick. But man her match with Daffney was really good. I actually re watched it on dailymotion. It also seems the fans gradually got behind her as well.

So I gotta say she is a welcome edition to the Knockouts. I am very pleased with the KO division as a whole it has yet to disappoint me those women can go.

When she first came out, I noticed that she was pretty fat and scary looking. However, since she is from Japan, I could only assume that she was a good wrestler. I definetly wasn't disappointed with what I saw.

I haven't heard much of her before this, but she proved that she is can be a great addition to the Knockout's Division. The match got a little slow at one point, until she hit that moonsault through the table, that was awesome. Her finisher looks deadly as well. I'd say if you can get the whole crowd chanting "This is awesome" in your first match, then you've done something right.

I'm obviously in the minority here, but I have to say that her debut didn't really impress me all that much. Her match with Daffney seemed awkward and really slow paced to me. While I was watching it, I kept waiting for something to happen that would pull me in and make me say "Wow, she's great", but it never materialized.

She also seemed out of shape to me, she was breathing kind of hard in some parts of the match despite it was a pretty slow pace and there weren't an abundance of power moves or anything. Now, of course the moonsault on the table looked great but, by then it just didn't suck me in. I thought the match overall was pretty lame with the exception of the moonsault.

I dunno, maybe I'll be more impressed with her later on down the line. But, I wasn't impressed with her debut.

My first impression of Hamada: hell yes! Its great to see a Japanese female wrestler in a US promotion. As soon as I saw her first promo, I knew she was going to bring the skill and she did with her match against Daffney. With her mix of striking, power moves, and lucha, she will be a major force in the Knockout division.
