On tonight's Raw, Daniel Bryan returns to WWE TV after getting married to Brie Bella and celebrating their honeymoon. Also, it looks as though the "monster" aspect of Kane is coming back tonight. I don't know if this means that "Corporate Kane" is dead or not, but I guess time will tell.
The most logical assumption is that Bryan & Kane will either have a match or engage in a fight that shows Kane decimating Bryan to set up a match between them at Extreme Rules. If they have a match tonight, what potentially concerns me is the possibility of jacking up Kane's "monster" persona to such a degree that he scores a decisive & dominant win over Bryan. You know, while Bryan's been relaxing and enjoying his week off with his new bride, Kane's once more become this ravenous beast. While Bryan's "gotten soft" after having won the title, Kane's rediscovered his monstrous edge. Such a happening MIGHT be a sign of things to come for Bryan's title run but whether it is or not, I think it'd make a lot of Bryan fans nervous and a little pissed off out of fear that Bryan will be portrayed as a weak champion.
On the other hand, if a match between them tonight on Raw resulted in Kane earning a decisive victory against Bryan, it'd set up a match for the title at Extreme Rules that would allow WWE to milk the underdog story just a little more. Since Kane beat the champ, he's earned a title shot for himself, so Bryan has to dig down deep to find that spark of tenacity & toughness he displayed in his journey to becoming champion. The result is Bryan taking on Kane at Extreme Rules in some sort of street fight in which the monster has a clear cut advantage with Bryan rising to the occasion, slaying the monster and beating the odds again.
If it's just a confrontation between them that breaks down into a brawl, I can easily see Kane getting the best of Bryan, deliver a vicious beat down and a match is set up at Extreme Rules with Bryan coming out on top. WWE could still potentially play into the underdog card a bit more based on whatever stipulations the match would have, though its impact may not be as strong without Bryan losing a match against Kane prior to the ppv.
