What/when was your last infraction/Warning and who gave it to you?

I got my first warning a few weeks ago for Norcal. It was for a Boogeyman thread and I didn't think it was spam. Then a few minutes after the warning Norcal PM'd me telling me he sent the warning to the wrong user.....:) So I still say I'm warning/infraction free.
 
I got one for spamming in my first week here from Sparky. This is what happens when The Great Khali is in the main event of a pay-per-view, because that is what I spammed about.
 
My last one, I believe, was from Y 2 Jake. Apparently, complaining in the "Complaint Thread" wasn't allowed.

Mine was from Luther Hull for spamming. It was 9-11-08 iin a music thread. I said i like all these people but I didn't give a reason why I liked them.
 
My last infraction was for spamming an a thread about video game bosses, The last warning was from Sam(I think) I was listing things in a thread , That wanted you to list music for a TNA CD, To be fair he could've gave me an infraction.

I just got a warning from CM because of a sig violation...


EDIT: KB had said he'd work with IC to make sure I always had an infraction/warning, because yesterday my infraction expired...
 
I got a warning for posting a fake new story on April Fools for lolz. Granted this was in 2007, but still.

I posted it cos someone actually tricked me. Something like Kennedy being released and I was like YES!~!~. Was hoping for no no no *sob* he was the *sob* FUTURE! *sob* here and shit for karma.
 
I've received 1 infraction way back when I first started 'cause I didn't realise the music section wasn't a spam zone and I just posted a song :/.

And my last 2 warning from Norcal, the first one warranted. The second one, if Norcal wasn;t such a fast SOB, would have been edited. Stupid chit chat, I thought it was in the bar room.
 
Sam for spam in the TNA section. I edited it straight away when i realised it was not in the Spam section, but he was just that damn fast.
