I think if they had the chance, WWE would re-sign Mr. Kennedy (...Anderson.)
He's compiled a solid year and a half's worth of time in TNA where he's become a two time world champion, hasn't injured anyone as far as we know, and didn't bitch about getting busted open by Jeff Hardy to the back of the head.
He was an established WWE star who had a bit of bad luck, but he's had some of the best matches as well as promos in TNA in the time he's been there. WWE is lacking star power so to bring back some of the younger guys who can still wrestle and had WWE star power before is definitely possible.
Another guy who would be in the same position is Jeff Hardy. Hardy is still pretty young and he'd be a huge draw(cash cow) for WWE no matter what. It's hard to imagine not seeing Jeff Hardy back in WWE, but hopefully TNA takes off, he gets his acts straight, and there won't be a reason for him to go back.
Kurt Angle is a possibility but the clock is ticking. It's hard to see WWE bringing back a 43 year old guy to wrestle. I think if he were, he'd be used as talent enhancement for guys like Swagger, Miz, Del Rio, Sin Cara, Ziggler. I feel we'll see Kurt in the WWE HOF one day, just not sure if we'll ever see him wrestle with WWE again.
As things are now, I don't think TNA will ever let WWE have a shot at picking up AJ, Beer Money, or Alex Shelley and I don't think WWE has much desire for them anyway. I could see WWE maybe having some interest in Beer Money as a team, in which case they'd have to change the name, but I think it's unlikely WWE would even get a chance to pick up any of the four names.
Considering WWE has signed guys like Bryan, Bourne, and shown interest in other ROH/Indy talent, I'd have to leave the door open whether or not WWE would sign the above mentioned, but I don't think they'd be banging their door down to do so.
I don't think WWE would re-sign D'Angelo Dinero, but I think they would re-sign Matt Morgan. WWE likes big guys, but will they want a big guy whose almost 35? Big Show is 39 and I think if WWE was going to debut a big guy, they'd want him to be younger.
I think whether or not Sting is a WWE HOF'er is all up to him. I don't ever see him wrestling for WWE, but could you imagine if he fought Hogan at Bound For Glory and left the company on that high, only to debut to face Undertaker at Mania 28? That would be a storybook ending for an amazing career. Even at their ages, I think the entrances for Taker/Sting would be spectacle enough. Sting can definitely still go and if he had an off time between October and April, he'd be fresh as a daisy for Mania. Not that I'd even want this to happen, but I would have mixed feelings if it did and seeing Sting out there at Mania would be awesome, even though he'd have to lose.
I don't think WWE would have interest in Gunner or Crimson, but I think they might in Magnus. I also think Samoe Joe could get a job in WWE just because they're lacking fat samoans, though one of the usos is catching up and I'm not sure WWE would want 3.
I don't think RVD ever wants to work for WWE again because of the schedule and I would think that they feel they've milked all they could from having Hogan/Flair around in some capacity except for filling seats at HOF ceremonies.
If WWE were going to pick up Austin Aries, they would of done so already, right? That's all I have for now.
