What If Viscera/Mabel/Big Daddy V Came back?

Nick Black

The Heel God
Would you want Big Daddy V to return?
Most definitely not. There are some people that make me genuinely make me want to throw up when I see them and he is one. Especially as Big Daddy V.

What could he do?
He would suit a bodyguard role better than anything, the issue was though, Viscera was never over because he was good on the mic/in the ring. In fact he was never over full stop as a heel. No-one cared and that was the major issue with him - he's not a good wrestler, he's not good in the ring.

Who would his character be?
I kind of dread to think. Viscera ran its course as a character and tbh, the "angry big man" gimmick is taken with Mark Henry so there is NO place for him right now in WWE.

I hope to God we never see Viscera/Mabel/Big Daddy V in a WWE ring again.

The man was a complete waste of space in every single role I ever saw him in. He was that big and immobile that barely any opponent could perform a move on him. His own moveset was incredible limited and he just looked disgusting, especially with his shirt off. Whoever came up with the shirtless Big Daddy V idea should be fired immediately.

He couldn't talk on the mic, had barely any feuds worth mentioning and I never once saw the man in a match that I enjoyed. He absolutely sucked, and should never have been King Of The Ring.

I think you can tell I am not a fan of Viscera.

Would you want Big Daddy V to return?
Yes.

What could he do?
Team Funk! Big Viscera and The Funkasaurus Tag Team! This would be entertaining as hell!!! And after being a funny team for a while, or when they are stale, turn them both into a monster heel tag team!

Who would his character be?
A funny guy at first. The worlds largest love machine and Funkasuras team up. The a monster heel still with Team Funk.

Five Star Idea.

Would i want Big Daddy V to return: NO No way in hell would i want him back. His moves were incredibly limited and well seeing him with his shirt off night in and night out just makes me cringe!!

What could he do? IMO not much really maybe serve as a bodyguard to Johnny Ace. Other than a bodyguards type of role theres not much he can do!! Wasnt that good in the ring nor that good on the mic.

If he came back his character would be: well an angry man wouldnt work Mark Henry already has that role!! Hmm funny man maybe. NO i don't think so!! IMO there is just no place for big daddy v anymore

I'm probably one of only like three people who would like to see Big Daddy V make a return to WWE (or TNA for that matter). The fact that he looked terrible as the shirtless V was always part of the gimmick for me. He was a monster... a disgusting, destructive, hard to handle, difficult to deal with monster.

As for the idea of him being paired up with Kharma, I can't help but think that this will do her restart more harm than good. The whole point of Kharma is that she herself is a "monster" of sorts. She doesn't need backup or help. She can completely dominate the diva's division. Her stint in the Royal Rumble showed flashes that she could hang with the male portion of the roster as well. Despite his presence, V would make Kharma look weaker... as if she couldn't get the job done on her own. We all pretty much know that she can and has. Her dominance doesn't need any further convincing.

With as many "monsters" as WWE has, I don't think he'd do well in a return there. Plus, Vince and company probably have the same "weight issues" they did when he was released prior. With Abyss taking an entirely different turn with his gimmick in TNA, that company is in sore need of a "monster" in my opinion. V would fit the role nicely.

Despite his limited moveset and mobility, all he really has to do is look the part, act menacing, and be terrifying in general. V is certainly terrifying to me.

From the sound of it, he should be on Team Teddy to be Mark Henry's equal. Not sure if this is set in stone, but he did mention being available for Wrestlemania weekend. Hhm....

I loved the Big Daddy V gimmick the first time around. Not a fan of the name though. Bring back the Big Daddy V look, but give him the Viscera name. I'd say put him in Vickie's stable or have different managers (Matt Striker, William Regal, Teddy Long) vying for Big Daddy V as a client. I'd love a Viscera/Armando Alejandro Estrada pairing. One thing is for certain though. The man needs a mouth piece if he's going to be relevant. Secondly, he might be someone you bring in short term as a Johnny Ace lackey to have a one or two PPV feud with Punk over the title after Wrestlemania. Have Vis return after the WWE title match being led out by Johnny Ace or another manager. Destroy Punk and Jericho, and stir up some buzz. Either way, Vis could be good filler in the time shortly after Mania. Maybe a May and/or June PPV match with Vis completely dominating and accidentally getting DQ'd or Punk DQ'ing in order to retain and then a Submission victory in the second match. Just as long as Punk goes over in the end and banishes Vis to Smackdown, I'd be happy. Vis would be a much better character on Smackdown and could receive the Mark Henry type push if Mark is in fact leaving soon. If Henry is not leaving, he better get that title back. I wouldn't completely object to a Vis title reign if booked right. After all, we've had worse World Champions. It would also be a nice tribute to his entire time in the business as Mabel/Viscera/Big Daddy V. Vis could be a great supporting character to Cody Rhodes since he's getting closer to the 300 day mark. No matter how you look at it, there are several ways WWE could book Viscera for a return and extended stay.

Hell yeah, and while they're at it they could bring back Mo and Oscar and reform one of the greatest tag teams of all-time, Men on a Mission. Ah, nothing like WWF back in 94/95, those were the days. And that Oscar could rap like nobody's business. Bring back M.O.M.!!

he was the worst king of the rings in this PPVS,make an feud boring with Taker and he was not very smart.
Really tired to see former wrestler return at WWE,make to participed young generation.

I really dont think that we should or will see him. The only way I see this happening is maybe a bodyguard as someone said. Other than that.... NO

He's still alive!?

I wouldn't mind bringing him back if they used him sparingly. Please don't turn it into a Viscera/Kharma love story.

I hope that he is not on his way back to WWE. Nothing against him, but he's never been that phenomenal an in ring talent, and I don't see a spot for him in the current WWE landscape. WWE already has it's hands full of talent that has a great or intimidating look, with limited in ring skill (Khali, Ezekiel Jackson, Mason Ryan..). Now, perhaps WWE has an idea to tie him in with A-Train/Lord Tensai...but aside from a Royal Rumble appearance, or a Raw one off or short program, I don't see him coming back.

If Vince is trying to give the WWE a heart attack then yeah sure clog up the arteries with another 5,000lb waste.
DO I want him back? NO

Simple: He can't convincingly be suplexed. Nobody would believe it. Who is going to knock him off his feet? How many more big men do they need? Big Show, The Funk man, Mark Henry, Khali. Enough is enough.

Keep him AWAY from wrestling.er...sports entertainment. I know why he was doing this. Because he knows Mania is up and coming and everyone knows the card is pretty light as it stands so he's hoping to get enough momentum and fan support to get some attention from Vince. It's that simple. Keep Viscera out of wrestling. The man has as much mic skill as Scotty Riggs, and the wrestling ability of The Yeti.

Hell no. The last thing Kharma needs to do is break her back carrying that pathetic load. He sucked back in the day he still sucks now.

**** Yeah! Big Daddy V should come back! I don't know what kind of shape he's in these days, but for a man his size, he was kind of agile in the ring. (Spinning Wheel Kick) Plus, his theme as Big Daddy V was bad ass. I agree with the other poster who said Kharma and Big Daddy V should be involved in a love story. Heck, they should get married on Raw. (Could make for some entertaining TV.)

If nothing else, they could have him work backstage and help the younger talent.

As much as I loved any character he did, I believe WWE should just make Brodus Clay a new version of how King Mabel was. They kind of have...except all he is doing is squash matches.

No I would not want him to come back because all of his characters sucked. Mabel was an awful choice for a push, Viscera at least was somewhat interesting compared to the other characters but there was still nothing special about him, and Big Daddy V was as "boring generic huge guy" as boring generic huge guy gimmicks get. He had nothing to bring to the table that others could not do better.

What could he offer today's product? Nothing. Beat up jobbers, get fed to Cena or Orton, then leave again. They are already pushing Ryback and Brodus in similar ways, both of whom are much more interesting and more skilled whether it be in ring ability or promo skills. Heck, even Tensai would be a better option than bringing Mabel/Viscera back for any type of push. If he did come back it should be as Viscera, the only one of his three gimmicks that was remotely interesting.

If ever he was to return I hope he wears pajamas again, or at least something to cover his body. When he wrestled as Big Daddy V and wore that singlet it was just such an eyesore. There is just no room for him to return (no pun intended), Brodus Clay and Mark Henry have taken all possible characters for him to come back as.

I can't really see a need for him to come back. He never really got over in any role. The world's largest love machine was mildly entertaining, but other than that no. If he did come back I could see him in a bodyguard type role, but that's about it.

That's actually not a bad idea. Probably one of the only scenarios in which I'd condone him returning. But they'd need one or two other REAL teams to compete against!

i dont know why anyone is asking this, Mabel always returns and its always roughly based on changes to one core persona, i see him always returning for whatever. As far as him and Awesome Kong/Kharma that would be an interesting pairing. I could see him lookin after her and vice versa, i would love to see them both play the stoic body guard role. I would also like to see a NOD reformed around Henry or Truth at the helm with Mabel associating with it and running interference to jump start truth's, henry's, or zeke's career..

Would you want Big Daddy V to return?
Not really, if the guy was going to make it he surely would have made it in one of the other roles he has been in. He's just a big guy, nothing else to him. With the likes of Mark Henry, Brodus Clay, Big Show, Ryback and so on all currently playing a part I see no need for him.

What could he do?
As others have said the bodyguard would be the best option. Have him stand outside the ring for someone like Dolph Ziggler or Cody Rhodes and occasionally slam someone about a bit. Nothing that requires too much talent.

Who would his character be?
Pretty much what I said above. Silent big bloke.
