What do you miss about being 13?

So, recently I came across this article on soulpancake asking this question and I wondered what you guys miss.

What I miss is being so naive, playing on the original xbox, watching shows like recess and kenan and kel and experimenting with alcohol.

Everything being so simple. Going to school, playing football, playing ps2 and hanging out with friends.
Nowadays its all about working and studying for college exams. And then theres dealing with bitchy friends and having to pay bills etc...
Its great being older and having more freedom and such but there are times when i miss how simple life was when i was younger and not having to worry about my future at all.

I hated being 13, I went to two new different schools in two different cities that school year, after being at my school before that for only a year and actually getting used to it. Living with my Mom's boyfriend and his Mother, I hated him but I actually miss his mother because she was a pretty cool old lady. Having no cable because he didn't want us watching certain stuff even though my Mom didn't really mind what we watched. Moving from a nice town to a shitty country town to an even shittier wasteland of a city I currently live in. I'll stop bitching though.

Only thing I really miss is my one of my friend's I haven't spoken to since I moved from the first city.

The thing that I miss the most is truly the stupidity of a teenager without great responsibilities.

Being taken care of instead of having to do everything myself, cooking etc
My friends and going out all the time
Playing football
Actually having some structure to my life
When being with a girl was as simple as exactly that, being with them. No life commitments, no babies, no interfering family, no weddings, no massive life changing sacrifices.
Oh yeah, and my grandparents.

I was 13 about ten years ago. I miss playing video games with friends. Online gaming is one thing, but getting together with 2 or 3 friends and playing some N64 is in its own league.
