The little things, What do you miss?

back body drops, won't see any tonight I can guarantee that. Also, constant ringing of the ringbell during sustained dq beatdowns.

Great managers. Paul Heyman is great, but I miss Heenan Hart Fuji etc. Cartoonish characters. I get that it's 2014. But some more creativity would be cool. And for the love of god make the Survivor Series all 4 on 4 matches.

I miss the Cruiserweight Division- the jewel in WCW's crown. It was great seeing guys like Mysterio, Ultimo Dragon, Juventud, Kidman, Malenko etc stealing the show week after week.

I miss the 24/7 Hardcore Title- So many wild matches in the strangest of locations, plus it gave some of the lesser-used talents a title reign and spot on the card.

I miss the crazy crowds of the Attitude Era, when everyone brought a sign and even the opening match wrestlers would get enormous pops and reactions.

I miss blood, chairshots and more violent matches- I understand why it's all been done to protect the wrestlers and it makes sense, but it definitely makes the product less entertaining when it's toned down.

I miss the classic Raw theme music "Thorn in your eye" with the Hardcore video and flames.

I miss the pyro at the start of every Raw is War episode.

I miss the days of a strong Tag Team Division, with Edge & Christian, New Age Outlaws, The Dudley Boyz, The Acolytes, The Hardy Boyz, Too Cool and more.

I miss JR and King on commentary. The chemistry they had during their prime was incredible, we'll never see another duo like them.

I miss The Rock abusing Kevin Kelly, Michael Cole and later The Coach week after week.

I mis crazy moments like the DX Express exploding, Milk-O-Mania, the Austin/Tyson brawl, DX invading WCW Nitro and The Ministry of Darkness sacrificing Mideon

I miss The American Bad Ass Undertaker with the Kid Rock entrance music

I miss the roster being filled with ex ECW wrestlers like Raven, Taz, Rhyno, Jerry Lynn, Justin Credible, The Dudleyz and Tommy Dreamer.

I miss the Spanish Announcers Table getting smashed almost every week.

I miss the King of the Ring tournament.

I miss gimmick matches like the Casket match, Buried Alive match, Lions Den, Parking Lot Brawl etc.

I miss the days when it was a major surprise when a Hell In A Cell or TLC match was announced, rather than having one at a set PPV every year.

I miss WWF turning it up a notch as they had real competition on a weekly basis, instead of the lazy booking and storylines we have now.

I miss the days when the roster was filled with wrestlers who had learned their craft all over the world and didnt all come from the cookie-cutter WWE training facility.

I miss Raven's Flock, and the Raven ECW theme music.

I miss seeing Victoria/Tara on a weekly basis :(

I miss having a load of wrestling action figures, and spending entire weekends playing out storylines and keeping a record of matches and title changes in a notepad.

I miss Triple H wearing his leather jacket/denim jacket combo. That looked awesome.

I miss Chris Jericho having long hair and wearing proper tights- the Ayatolla of Rock n Rolla era Y2J!

I miss women getting put through tables by The Dudley Boyz. Bubba's "trance" facial expression was classic.

I miss the days of collecting the WWF Sticker album, and Kurt Angle being so new to the business that he just got 1 sticker at the back alongside Viscera and Mideon, while nobodies got full pages to themselves.

I miss the different stages and sets for Raw and Smackdown. The Raw is War and Smackdown “fist” are two personal favourites.

I miss Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, British Bulldog, Mike Awesome, Test and many others taken too soon. RIP.

I miss the old ECW theme music….THIIIIISSSSS IS EXTRRREEEEEEEEMMMMMMEEE!

I miss the Title match always headlining a PPV, the way it should be.

I miss the Attitude Era WWF Heavyweight Title belt, the nicest looking belt in wrestling history.

I miss the nWo.

I miss the crazy reactions whenever Steve Austin would come out, flipping the bird and nailing Vince McMahon with a Stunner week after week. It never gets old!

I miss the Piledriver being used on a regular basis. It's dangerous, but still one of the best looking moves in the business. The New Age Outlaws had a fantastic spike piledriver.

I miss Sean O'Haire. So much untapped/wasted potential.

I miss the classic themes from major ppvs! Can't describe how excited I used to get when the wrestlemania theme used to play in the weekly reports!lol
Also miss 4 v 4 elimination at the survivor series and the grand finale match of survival that they did in 90 was a brilliant feature.
I wish that jobbers would make a return to the ring too while it's all well and good seeing big matches each and every week it takes away from a ppv when you have seen the match 98 times already.

I miss late night syndicated wrestling shows. Hell I would wait up until 2am to watch ECW, and sometimes it was even the same show I had just watched. I miss the original Summerslam theme music. If you don't remember it check it out. I miss jobbers. I miss jobbers.

I miss the Hardcore and European titles.

The European title was that next step, the step up to that Intercontinental spot, but it had prestige and was worth something in its own right.

And the Hardcore title... damnit, I don't care if people call it garbage wrestling. The Hardcore title was FUN. Led to some of the goofiest and craziest moments.

Especially since now, with both of them inactive, it's impossible to win the Grand Slam unless you held one of those two titles.

Simple for he I miss the classic days, the classic days in the mid to late 90s when Hulkamia was running wild, the classic days when Ric Flair showed up in the WWF claiming to be the real world champion, the classic days when Sting had a bleach blonde haircut, the classic days when we had the Monday Night Wars, the classic days when... Well you get the point.

In Your House PPV's.

The IYH set, the subtitle names, Todd Pettingill hyping up fans before and during the PPV's. Miss that dude, wonder what happened to him. The IYH PPV's were fun.

According to Wikipedia, Todd Pettengill went back to being a radio DJ for WPLJ 95.5 in the New York area. Apparently he had a successful radio career before working for WWE, and left wrestling after SummerSlam 1997 because he couldn't combine the two. I haven't seen it but Pettengill appears on the recent WWE DVD "Best of In Your House", introducing several segments.

Sean Mooney now works as an anchor for KVOA, the NBC affiliate in Tucson, Arizona. He reappeared on WWE pre-show to WWE Raw's "Homecoming" to the USA Network. Mooney also popped up on the 1,000th episode of Raw by interviewing Daniel Bryan backstage.
